The Ozzie house revival continues with this new EP from the Salt Mines label out of Melbourne! Newcomer DJ Barbo$$a comes through with a hand-stamped slice of wax for the headz, and we are pleased to say that the ambiguously named "Track 1" boasts one of the most fluid basslines that we've heard all summer; backed by the instantly seductive percussion twists of "Track 2", this A-side makes for a pretty spectacular addition to the catalogue on its own. "Track 3", over on Side B, reminds us of Greg Beato's style of beat-making (is this him!?), and Gnork's remix of "Track 4" wonders off into the acid horizon... and what a landscape that has turned out to be.
