Having issued the frankly quite popular I Can Tell (By The Way You Move) 12" on Domino Records earlier this year, UK house stalwart (as Pitchfork call him) George Fitzgerald continues his chart bothering antics with a first record for the major indie's offshoot Doublesix. Lead track "Magnetic" unveils a new talent from Fitzgerald too with the producer casts aside the sampled vocals he's previously used in favour of unveiling his own brooding (and treated) vocals which contrast nicely with the pulsing synths and cavernous bassline, clasping drums of his production. Those averse to George's vocals should check out B Side "Bad Aura" which comes across as an alternate instrumental mix.
