Foot & Mouth are now firmly ensconced in the hearts of "propa house" lovers, and their eleventh vinyl drop sees the label borrow the talents of Leeds type J Cub from the equally excellent Eclectic Avenue Records. Lead track "Warning" fits the Foot & Mouth bill perfectly, marrying vintage house aesthetics such as ripe key stabs and female diva vox with a warm, contemporary rhythmic frame - all underlined by a richly intoxicating bass line. "Werds" is equally playable - and more playful - with chunky, snapping drums flirtatiously dancing with the filtered vocal refrain and undulating thick set electronic bass line. Disco 45 and Classic regular Lil Mark steps up to remix the title track in his inimitable tightly wound jacking style on the flip.
