Fusion series module
Notes: The core of Fusion VCA is a Russian miniature pentode 1>24B with power consumption comparable to an LED.

Unique audio and tube control circuits have been developed so Fusion VCA sounds like nothing you've heard before.

Feedback adds harmonics to the original signal and acts similar to cutoff knob on VCFs and Deform knob controls amount of distortion in germanium diodes based circuit.

All Fusion modules by default are configured to work with regular eurorack PSU.

Due to the fact that the cold tube heaters have lower resistance, Fusion modules have significant power consumption peak at startup, when power consumption almost doubles for 1-2 seconds. This is not a problem with linear PSUs that have power inertia, but may cause switching PSU internal protection turn off the power supply. Please make sure your PSU has some headroom before installing multiple Fusion modules.

Erica Synths Fusion series modules are designed combining vacuum tubes and semiconductors therefore they bring warm, powerful sound and overdrive possibilities of vacuum tubes into your modular system. Erica Fusion series consist of range of modules used in sound shaping circuit - VCO, Mixer, real Ringmodulator using audio transformers and germanium diode ring, VCF, VCA and Analogue Delay/Flanger.

Fusion series module
Notes: Erica Synths Fusion VCF is Erica Synth's take on a four pole lowpass filter. Each side of the double triode drives signal between 2nd and 3rd stage of the filter, while germanium diodes are used to limit the output signal.

With this module you'll get an ultimately deep sounding VCF with a unique character. Ingenious resonance volume compensation circuit and filter slope selection makes it ideal for live performances. Bonus feature - 3 input mixer with dedicated mixer output. Try patching the MIX OUT into one of the mixer inputs, increase the input level until the mixer goes into self-oscillation and use the filter to alter the drone, you have! The Fusion VCF is an instrument on it's own!

All Fusion modules by default are configured to work with regular eurorack PSU.

Due to the fact that cold tube heaters have lower resistance, Fusion modules have significant power consumption peak at startup, when power consumption almost doubles for 1-2 seconds. This is not a problem with linear PSUs that have power inertia, but may cause switching PSU internal protection turn off the power supply. analogue synth module with simultaneously waveform outputs
Notes: Fusion VCO2 is a full analogue sound source with lots of distinct features.

The core of the module is highly stable AS3340-based VCO with three simultaneously available waveforms, transistor-based suboscillator and detune function - two BBD delay lines that make frequency shifter that is mixed back to the principal oscillator in order to emulate two detuned VCOs. Tube crunch - distinct tube overdrive - is added on the top of the mix. Furthermore, Audio input mixes an external audio signal with the principal oscillator which results in crazy sonic experience. Fusion VCO2 is exactly what you need, if you wish to get really low frequencies and have a sound that sets your modular system apart from mass!

Features:
" Full analogue design
" Great tracking over 8 octave range
" Detune function for thickening the sound
" -1 oct transistor based suboscillator
" Tube overdrive circuit

Multi-purpose analogue effects unit featuring dual BBD chips
Notes: Brilliant desktop/stompbox effect unit based on Erica's excellent Fusion module series. Delay, chorus, drive and vintage ensemble effects all based around BBD chips and valves for analogue goodness.

Supplier's notes:
Erica Synths Fusionbox is a distinct multifunctional analogue effects unit that combines BBD chip-based effects - delay, flanger, chorus - with tube overdrive in the delay output and feedback path for extra thickness of sound.

Fusion Box lowpass filtering is fully adjustable from none to extreme for a really deep bass sound. A special feature, not found in other contemporary stompboxes or effect units, is the Vintage Stereo Ensemble.

The Vintage Stereo Ensemble provides the classic "stereo ensemble" effect, found on many vintage synthesizers from almost any brand and make. In stereo ensemble effect, the delayed, processed and filtered sound is added back to the dry (mono) audio with inverted phase for one channel, and direct phase in the other. This gives it the distinct and unique moving character, different from that obtained with chorus effects. However, use of inverted phase in stereo field also adds certain peculiarities to watch out for. For example, when such stereo audio is played back on an older "surround" decoding sound system, ensemble effect sound may move to the rear sound channel. Also, if the output gets mixed back to mono, the effect may disappear. This also applies to mono subwoofer systems, or speakers that are placed too close. This is normal, and occurs with any similar vintage stereo ensemble processing. In this case and if such oddities are undesirable, to avoid mono mixing issues, you can choose to use only one of the output channels, or use two separate ensemble processors for left and right channels.

Fusionbox has adjustable input gain, therefore it works with various sound sources - guitars, units with line level signals (synthesizers, grooveboxes, etc.) and modular synths. Footswitch allows to switch on or bypass effects making Fusionbox ideal for guitar players.

VCO grpahic series module
Notes: Better known for analogue modules, it turns out Erica Synths are pretty damn good at digital too. Draw your own waveforms, build wavetables, tweak in real time and get freaky. Killer VCO.

Supplier's notes:
Erica Synths Graphic VCO allows you to draw your own waveforms, arrange them in wavetables and wavetable banks, morph between two selected waves and alter the resulting wave in advanced ways (FXes) - apply FM, phase distortion, ring modulation, wavefold/wavewrap, bitcrush.

Waves, wavetables, FXes and other settings can be saved and recalled from the memory instantly. The module has two outputs - the main output and the output with configurable suboscillator.

NB! To have the module functionality up to date, we recommend you to check the Erica Synths home pageor our social media from time to timefor announcements about firmware updates for the Graphic VCO. You can update the firmware of the module via miniUSB cable. More detailed instructions of the firmware update can be found in the User Manual.

The sound is clean, modern, punchy and detailed thanks to the unit running at 96kHz - quite different to some low bit-rate wavetable oscillators on the market. Wavetable interpolation is smooth as butter and with the built-in effects you can dirty things up in many different ways. The module scores highly on the sound front. The Graphic VCO is a very capable oscillator module with excellent sound quality and a lot of features that could make it the right choice, especially if live performance is your thing. - Sound On Sound
The bottom line is that the Graphic VCO is a joy to use. It's a module that's unashamedly digital, yet unmistakably eurorack. I think Erica showed a great deal of careful judgement and restraint in the design of this module. It would have been easy to have made it bloated and cumbersome trying to cram as many features as possible into it, but they kept it fairly simple which keeps the module fun and immediate in use. It's capable of a huge tonal palette ranging from beautiful to brutal that is bound to fit in with a lot of different styles and systems. - Ask Audio
The ability to draw and then effortlessly jump between different custom digital waveforms in this way feels unique on the Eurorack stage, and allows for a wide range of tones and transitions between them. - Orb Mag

External device input module - 3HP
Notes: Erica Pico INPUT module is just what you need to interface your modular system with external synths or even your mp3 player or mobile phone.

It boosts external signal to modular synth signal level.

With the Pico Input, line signals from, for example, a synthesizer, drum-computer, audio interface or smartphone can be raised to modular level. The module delivers up to 40 dB of gain. Thanks to its two channels, users can comfortably process mono as well as stereo material.

The Pico Input comes equipped with two signal paths. Each signal path features an audio input, a volume potentiometer and an output. Up to 40 dB of amplification are available. Using jumpers on the circuit board, it is possible to dampen the maximum gain to 20 dB. The module's first input is a stereo jack, meaning the user can connect a smartphone or tablet without any adapter cables. In this case, incoming signals are distributed internally to both channels.

Compact modular system with full analogue design - Eurorack version
Notes: Pico System III brings modular synthesis back to the basics - the system has multi functional (instead of single-function, like Pico Drums or Pico Trigger in the Pico System II) analogue modules and is intended to encourage creativity in modular patching.

The system has 31 inputs and 20 outputs (master output is duplicated) + 7 switches; if you have enough patch cables at your disposal, you can patch the system in 121000931215044250740178662400 or 1.21x1029 variations (we ignored the possibility to adjust potentiometers here). Even though only 0,0001% of all patches will sound more-less enjoyable, you and all your future generations can spend a lifetime only patching the Pico System III.

Voice-cards with preset patches set it apart from other eurorack systems - they allow user to change patches instantly and radically, which makes the system well suited for experimental live performances. The system comes with 5 great sounding "factory preset" voicecards, and 5 DIY voicecards that are empty and users can develop their own patches. More voicecards will be available from the Erica Synths shop.

Eurorack module includes: 1 Hosa stackable cable, ribbon power cable, 5 factory preset & 5 DIY voice-cards, user manual and patch note sheets.

Compact master clock with step patterns & 4 trigger outputs - 3HP
Notes: The Pico Trigger not only provides a master clock but can even generate different trigger patterns which can be up to 16 steps long and feature adjustable shuffle. There are clock divder patterns, polyrhythmic patterns, and so on. New patterns can be loaded via the clock input and there's memory for eight patterns.

The module is used to create four trigger sequences which can be up to sixteen steps long. The pattern length can be set for each track - polyrhythmic use is totally easy to accomplish!

Patterns are created solely with a web based pattern generator and are loaded to one of the eight memory slots via the clock input in a special mode. The pattern generator is neither an app nor a special program but a website and thus works with every computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone with internet connection.

The Pico Trigger has an integrated clock generator but it can be synchronized to an external clock, depending whether the clock socket acts as an input or output.

Dual-channel drum sample module - 14HP
Notes: Performance oriented Sample Drum brings you two independent drum sounds or loops with plenty of manual and CV controlled parameters. Samples are stored on the microSD card, and OLED screen makes working with samples instant and easy.

Sample Drum allows you to slice up loops directly in your modular system and rearrange them to taste. For processing, there are tuning functions (including 1 v/octave pitch tracking) and virtual VCAs plus AD envelopes. Thanks to the module's dual-channel concept, two loops can be combined. It is also possible to load one-shot samples instead of entire rhythms, of course. A total of six CV inputs guarantees lively results.

Sample Drum is composed of two identical audio players. WAV files (including cue points) are fed to the module via a micro SD card. Loops can be cut into several sections using the Data, Start and End potentiometers. The resulting slices may be played back in any order imaginable. A tune control allows real-time pitch changes. Additionally, there is a virtual VCA plus AD envelope per slice. - But that's not all! There are three CV inputs per channel, which can be routed to any parameters. It is even possible to play sounds according to the 1 v / octave standard. Results are emitted via one output per player.

Similar to the Plasma Pedal, Plasma Drive gives you a new and previously unexplored method of achieving signal clipping in 16HP. Instead of using LED circuits, transistors or vacuum tubes to produce overdrive, the Plasma Drive boosts audio signal to 3000V and transforms it into a series of continuous high-voltage discharges in a xenon-filled tube. In essence - you are playing a lightning bolt of electricity, and the electrical discharges produced by your instrument are instantly converted back into an analogue audio signal, producing a quick, responsive, and extremely heavy distortion with tons of unique character!

The Eurorack module Plasma Drive brings sounds of the Plasma Pedal to the next level. As per Eurorack standards we added CV control over distortion level and dry/wet mix, as well as octave up and 1 and 2 octaves down tracking oscillators that add even more harmonics to the original signal. Tracking oscillators can be switched on/off manually or via trigger signals. The Plasma Drive module is powered via conventional Eurorack PSU ribbon cable and the power consumption is around 150mA.

delay desktop effects unit
Notes: The legendary UK label collabs with one of our favourite hardware brands to create a stereo delay unit with valve circuits, analogue filter and huge creative potential. Sounds amazing on pretty much any signal you feed it.

Supplier's notes:
Ninja Tune - an English independent record label based in London and Erica Synths have teamed up to create a custom dub delay effects unit, the Zen Delay.
Features
Controls: delay time, feedback, delay mod (5 presets), tap button, dry/wet, bypass switch, filter cutoff, resonance, drive, input level, filter mode

Inputs
Stereo In: 2x standard jack

MIDI In: standard MIDI socket

CV In: standard jack

Outputs

Stereo Out: 2 x standard jack

Delay times: 1-5000ms with 1/8...x8 of clock/tap rate in beat mode (up to 50 sec)

Inspired by a trip to Berlin's trailblazing music hardware trade show Superbooth, Coldcut's Matt Black and longtime friend Dr Walker (Liquid Sky artist collective / Air Liquide) envisaged the exciting possibilities of a custom hardware effects unit. The result is the creation of the Zen Delay i the first-ever hardware effects unit produced in collaboration with an electronic music label.

Bringing together the best of the digital and analogue worlds, the Zen Delay is a BPM-synced stereo delay line, combining extreme feedback ranges for dub and experimental lo-fi effects with a multi-mode 24 dB synth filter and valve overdrive.

Created and manufactured by Erica Synths, the unit is housed in a metal case with Erica Synths' signature bakelite knobs and a valve circuit for extra analogue warmth. While sonically versatile, it is incredibly easy to use each function has a physical knob that you can play around with without diving into manuals or scrolling through menus on a tiny screen.

Crafted in close collaboration with DJs and producers, the Zen Delay was uniquely developed with both live and studio use in mind and is suitable for many different performance situations, musical styles and instruments. While most delay devices are designed as 'stomp boxes' for guitarists, the device is equally powerful in the hands of electronic music producers, artists and DJs, adding a unique, warm and powerful sonic character to drum machines, loops, vocals, synths, samples or any other source. Even full tracks or a live stereo mix can be enhanced by the combination of analogue and digital circuitry, breathing new life into iPad performances and giving traditional digital synths and drum machines a huge kick.

The Zen Delay is a product of our expertise on vacuum tube designs, our powerful, custom DSP platform and the great sound of our filter ICs made and developed in Latvia. It by far exceeded expectations in terms of how it sounds and feels when played. - Girts Ozolin

The Zen Delay is the analogue delay unit I've been waiting for. Stereo warmth, tone and texture. Perfect for live abusage, and studio madness love it - The Bug

The Zen excels at the sort of extreme dub possibilities Coldcut love. Feed it back! - Matt Black

For years I have dreamed of a state-of-the-art stereo valve dub delay for my MPC that perfectly masters all sound aesthetics from "badass" to "psychedelic hypnotically trashed" and now, have a look! There it is... the Zen Delay! - Dr Walker

Eurorack visual generator module
Notes: STRUCTURE is a visual generator module that is based internally on an OpenGL GLSL node based platform. It uses the concept of node structures to push visuals through the system.

STRUCTURE contains a video input system that you can select between two formats, Composite video or LZX 1V RGB (with sync applied to rear of module). The Composite input does full colour decoding. Input video can be mixed through effects, with other generators, effected with audio, etc. Input video can be NTSC or PAL, 480i. STRUCTURE auto detects and converts video inputs.

STRUCTURE contains two mirrored video outputs, both composite, selectable to NTSC or PAL 480i.

Two audio rate CV inputs can be used with audio nodes to generate audio based visuals, effects moved by audio waveform, XY plotting of audio inputs, or just used at low frequency CV inputs when not using audio nodes.

Three CV rate inputs can be used to modulate a variety of controls on each node.

All CV can be set independently to 1V or 5V expected input. Each CV has a scale control and a positive offset control for fine tuning incoming CV voltages.

A joystick can be used to modulate controls in real time, or used to record motion information that is played back in a loop. In addition, the joystick has a metal hat for nice weighted movement.

STRUCTURE can also generate 3D graphics, animate properties of the 3D objects, and allow you to map and node type to the texture of the 3D objects (like video).

Three gate inputs, usable by local buttons as well.

Three macro knobs on the top right, allow for global changes to the output node which are user configurable.

STRUCTURE has a USB input, which you can attach MIDI interfaces, MIDI keyboards, controllers, etc, or even a standard PC keyboard or numeric keypad. You can assign actions or state changes to trigger from any of these input sources.

SDCARD on front and back. Backside SDCARD stores system, front side stores user presets, images, configurations, objects, custom shaders, etc.

STRUCTURE has a full colour 320×240 preview screen which also provides lots of feedback when using.

Quad polyphonic wavetable oscillator with 4 voices per VCO - 29HP
Notes: The 4Vox is a quad wavetable oscillator with up to four voices per VCO, resulting in a maximum of 16 voices at four individual outputs. With the MIDI In, the module can be played both with CVs and directly via MIDI, which also allows for modulating some additional parameters. There are 39 memory locations for wavetables and 32 for all global parameters of the VCOs.

The parameters of a wavetable can be controlled by CVs and by MIDI. For instance, you can morph through a wavetable with a CV, a MIDI controller or manually with the potentiometer. The range of waves within a wavetable can be selected by minimum and maximum values individually per voice which allows for creating more complex morphs.

Further controllable parameters are Detune, Semitone, Octave, Chord, Portamento, Amplitude and Amp Move (90 degrees phase shifted volume modulation of a VCO's 4 voices). Min and max values can be selected for those parameters as well. Via MIDI it's possible to control further parameters (notes, chords, pitch bend, patch selection and wavetable selection).

The VCOs can be played analogue (frequency by Pitch CV input), monophonic via MIDI or 4-voice polyphonic via MIDI.

The VCO can be used as a voltage controllable LFO with 3 modes: loop, one shot and gates. The SYNC input is used to trigger/reset the LFO. In one shot mode the LFO can be used as a trigger delay, too (SYNC = trigger in, GATE = trigger output, PITCH = delay time).

Each VCO has an analogue 1V/octave input including a fine tune control (+/-1 semitone) and pitch control (approx. 10 octaves), two freely assignable CV inputs, two freely assignable potentiometers, a trigger input for Sync/LFO-reset as well as a Gate and VCO/LFO output

The display can show a graphic of the selected waveforms.

All global parameters and also the VCO's settings can be named and saved as a non-volatile patch by the user. 32 memory locations are available.

Analogue filter bank with integrated modulation sequencer - 31HP
Notes: Flame Curves is an analogue moving resonance filter bank. It includes a twelve-channel analogue filterbank and a pattern player which can be programmed with a software editor. You can use a freeware "Curves editor software" (Win/Mac) for setup and user pattern editing. The module needs a clock to run in pattern-mode. It also features a reset input to set the sequence back to the first step. The memory in the module can save up to 99 patterns. The active pattern can be seen on the display and selected thanks to two buttons.

If Curves is in sequencer mode, the Envelope potentiometer controls the AR envelope, the Variation knob adds random velocity and release, and the Fill potentiometer controls the level of all the channels.

In manual mode, when the sequencer is off, you can select different filter-types with the Variation potentiometer: allpass, lowpass, bandpass 1-3 and highpass. Thanks to the Fill knob it is possible to sweep through the twelve filter bands. The Envelope knob smooths the sweep by activating a second band next to the selected filter band. Thus, the change from one band to another is not so abrupt.

It is also possible to play the twelve filters via MIDI like a drum module, thanks to the supplied MIDI to minijack cable. It even reacts to velocity.

The twelve bands are subdivided in odd and even bands, which you can feed or tap out separately thanks to the various inputs and outputs. Try patching the odd outputs on one side and even outputs on the other side and you will get an amazing stereo effect! ALL output features a Dry/Wet and a Level potentiometer.

Additionally, the module features also a direct audio output and direct VCA input of each filter channel. Thus, it is possible to feed gate, triggers or envelopes to the VCA of various filterbands and play them independently.

Furthermore, there are several CV inputs for controlling Envelope, Variation and Fill parameters as well as the pattern number.

Dual channel stereo panner with automation
Notes: The FLAME "PANMIX" module contains two independent panning mixers with one input each on two outputs left/right and is designed for audio or CV sources in the voltage range +-5v (audio modular level). In addition, the 2 inputs can be switched separately to +6db audio (for external audio line level sources) using the slide switch on the rear panel.

The movements of the two mix controls can be recorded. The recording time per channel is more than one minute. The playback speed can be adjusted in playback. The recorded track is played back once when the Play button is pressed briefly (one shot) or in the loop when the button is pressed a little longer.

Both panning channels have a separate reset input as well as a separate CV input (+-5V ) for controlling the mix e.g. by an LFO. The track data remains permanently stored (battery buffered memory).

In addition, there are three further audio/CV signal inputs (a mono and stereo left+right), which are routed directly to the output and mixed together with the two PAN channels. This allows you to mix in other sources directly and e.g. connect two or more "PANMIX" modules together.

Voltage source module
Notes: The QSlider is an analog CV source with four 60 mm faders.

The control range of the four sliders can be set with two min/max controls.

The Min control sets the output voltage at zero position of the slider and the Max control sets the output voltage at the end position of the slider. The slider now controls between these two voltages. This allows you to limit the control range and still have the full control range of the slider available.

At a second output socket the inverted voltage is available (Min and Max are reversed). So the slider can also be used as a crossmix fader.

Two common channels can be operated uni- or bipolar. The voltage ranges are 0..+10V or +/- 5V.

The output sockets are located on an extra 4HP panel for mounting at any place (with approx. 40cm long connection cable). This way several modules can be mounted seamlessly next to each other.

MIDI to clock divider module
Notes: The uMCLK Divider module can either work as a MIDI clock divider or as an analog clock divider. The divider outputs are assigned differently in both operating modes.

After receiving a MIDI start command, the module works as a MIDI clock divider. There are fixed dividers on 11 outputs. Via the divider output KEYS, triggers can be triggered and mixed via MIDI notes. The keyboard zone extends over three octaves. With the help of the LEARN key, the receive MIDI channel and the lowest note of this 3-octave range can be defined.

When stopped (i.e. after receiving a MIDI stop command or after switching on), the module works as an analog clock divider and divides the analog clock present at the CLOCK input. The 12 analog divider outputs can be reprogrammed via SYSEX. Ready-made SYSEX files are already available (e.g. for even / odd dividers, Fibonacci series, offbeats, etc.). The RESET input resets the analog counters or serves to deactivate the analog divider.

Compact three channel utility module for every patch - 6HP
Notes: The 321 includes the most useful functions we always need in every patch, to edit and combine dynamically the signals in use.

It is composed of three identical sections, the red, yellow and green, where each of those is capable of scaling any signal, from 0 up to 2 times (+6dB), flip its phase, and apply a DC offset, allowing to shift your audio or CV up or down.

In case no signals are connected to the section input, the offset may act as a CV source too.

The three sections are then summed together into two independent summing stages: the top right jack outputs the sum of all three sections, while the top left outputs the sum of the unconnected sections only (semi-normalled).

The 321 is entirely DC coupled, allowing the process of control voltages as well as audio signals.

In case CV's or audio signals are particularly hot, the two 6dB attenuators, one per each summing section might be helpful to reduce exactly by 50% the incoming signals.
