Life Recorder - "Meditation"
Life Recorder - "Cycles"
Miltiades - "S48SN"
Natan H - "Giving"
Review: A sixth release from Appian Sounds finds the London based label (with roots in Dublin) continue it's focus on the split artist offerings with the Ervallagh EP featuring contributions from Miltiades, Life Recorder and label regular Natan H. Echovolt boss Ilias Pitsios has gone on record to call Miltiades "probably the best producer from Greece as far as deep house / techno stuff is concerned" and the evidence so far for Nous and Echovolt has backed that up. Here Miltiades offers a further reason to think that with the sublimely deep and rhythmically playful "S48SN" and it's well balanced out by two raw jams from French producer Life Recorder and the sweeping analogue vista of "Giving" by Natan H.

Natan H - "Crusin'" (5:55)
Chicago Skyway - "Ungentle Into The Good Night" (5:13)
Mick Welch - "Tetra Hi" (6:33)
Review: After some downtime for the first half of the year, long running Californian label Altered Moods Recordings returns in triumphant fashion with one of those split 12" releases that sounds destined to stay in many a house DJs record box. Inspired by the Freerotation festival, label boss Malcolm Moore has called on artists who have either played or attended the cultish Welsh gathering for this Rotate Freely 12". Along with Moore, Natan H, Chicago Skyway and Mick Welch all contribute with the supple "Ungentle Into The Good Night" a particular highlight but all are worthy of gracing the soundsystem at Baskerville Hall.

Review: Finale Sessions is excited about this reease and we are greatfull to bring you Natan H hailing fro the "City Of Angels" Natan has this energy that we at Finale Sessions as of late have not been able to find so as you know we are estatic to get this out to the masses and give you a little taste of what is going on out on the Left Coast and we start with the track "Lignes" with its melodic pads and its wavering synths make for a latenight beauty for sure then we move to track 2 which is " 0 (Phase)"This track is another latnight stomper with moving chords and melodic drum patterns that keep it a smooth sounding pieace, Then last but not least we have the song "Invariant" (Feat.Jordan) This dub techno track is floor filler for sure with its heavy laden pads and synths and its monsterous sounds one of my favorite tracks at the moment . We want to thank you at Finale Sessions for giving us the opportunity to share this music with you and we hope you enjoy it

Natan H - "10.26" (5:59)
Jonas Friedlich - "Hapenis" (5:59)
Jonas Yamer - "Downward Causation" (6:07)
Einer Weniger - "People Do Silence" (part II) (7:01)
Mono Mental - "El Piojo" (1:33)
Review: Operating out of Munich, Molten Moods hits its second release with another finely chiseled selection of artists that all help shape out the identity of this promising new label. Natan H brings a soulful electro lilt to "10 26" before Jonas Friedlich switches up the mood with the finely sliced oddball house confection of "Hapenis". On the B side it's a busy affair, with Jonas Yamer's "Downward Causation" delivering a slightly industrial shimmer to a subtly melodic techno framework in stark contrast to Einer Weniger's thoroughly mellow mantra "People Do Silence (Part II)". Then Mono Mental finishes proceedings off with a curious diversion into downtempo beatsmithery that works as a neat palette cleanser for an eclectic experience.

Deep House
Natan H - "VX407"
Leonid - "Starling Dance"
Joey Anderson - "Dormency"
DJ Spider - "Anticipate The Wolves"
Review: Although only a little over a year old, the Appian Sounds label has already featured a killer selection of artists across its four records so far, with the likes of Eduardo De La Calle and Ethyl & Flori appearing thus far. This latest various artists 12" is perhaps the label's most impressive to date, with the fluid deep house sound of Natan H's "VX407" and deep, underwater acid of Leonid's "Starling Dance" both offering some of the label's most accomplished productions to date. The flipside sees a pair of underground legends join the Appian Sounds fray, as New Jersey's Joey Anderson contributes "Dormancy", which takes things into expectedly hypnotic territory thanks to its silky rhythm and effervescent synths, while New York's DJ Spider provides "Anticipate The Wolves", an enjoyably clunky piece of techno filled with ominously swelling sonics.
