Review: Leipzig, Germany has long had its own electronic scene and is famously the home to tech house titans Moon Harbour, but Mnestic is a new kid on the block with a whole different sound. This is the label's third transmission and right from the off it stands out: PRG M's 'Are We On The Run?' is intense and loopy techno for drug addled brains at 5AM. 'And This Is The Well' is tunnelling techno with frictionless drum loops and deep space ambiance then 'Here We Come' gets freaky once more before the subtle mind melting sonics continue through the B-side, including a different take on 'And This Is The Well' from Mod21.
