Autumn Disco Heat!

Javi Frias is a record collector and DJ from Madrid with a long way within the underground black music scene. He has been playing records all over his country and part of Europe since the late nineties, being resident DJ of legendary clubs like Afrodisia and Boogaclub in Granada, or Marula Café, Tempo Club, Café Berlin, El Junco or El Intruso in Madrid, and djing on big festivals like Baltic Soul, Contre-Temps, Jazzaldia, Cultura Inquieta or Imagina Funk.

His sessions are always elegant, addictive and eclectic, with an impressive stylistic range and 100% on vinyl, covering the broad spectrum of the black underground dance music: soul, funk, jazz, latin, rare groove, disco, boogie, hip hop, brazilian beats, modern grooves, soulful house...

Beside his work as a Dj, he's the drummer of the top soul band Al Supersonic & The Teenagers (Unique Records) and he's working on his own edits that will be released soon on some of his favorite labels. Stay tuned...
