I'm Fonk

Lucas Fonk is a young producer and DJ, passionate about beats and sounds. His musical appetite started at an early age, as his parents listened to some of the best albums across a wide variety of genres.
When he was nine years old, Lucas was already creating his home-made mixestapes when his favourite musicians were being streamed across the radio waves.
By early adolescence, Lucas would often stop by the music store after school, and he started building his collection of albums. He’d get his first set of turntables in 2004. With them, he started a journey that took him to music-scratching in the space between hip-hop and electronic music. This would then incorporate elements of drum and bass and techno as he got involved with and played in raves and clubs.
In 2008 learned how to use Reason and Ableton. He started producing rap beats for and his friends, with whom he started to organize concerts in the area: Gandia, Alcoy, Denia, and Valencia.
It isn’t until 2016 when the animal spirits came back to push him to the wildest places. He got a pair of Technics and invested in a repertoire that spanned from reggae and dub, to techno; including, house and hip-hop and everything in between
