Vampire Survivors Vol 1 (Soundtrack)
Vampire Survivors Vol 1 (Soundtrack) (blood splatter red vinyl 2xLP)
Cat: 8BIT 82362.
Review: Vampire Survivors Vol. 1, the soundtrack to Poncle's indie hit, receives a fitting tribute with this 2xLP vinyl release from iam8bit. Composed by Daniele Zandara and Will Davies, the music perfectly encapsulates the game's blend of roguelike bullet-hell action and gothic aesthetic. Drawing inspiration from classic vampire-slaying franchises while exploring modern soundscapes, the result is a synthesis of epic, nostalgic, and unexpected tunes filled with rad riffs and high-impact drum fills. The vinyl edition, pressed on Blood Splatter Red Vinyl, not only complements the game's theme but also adds a visual dimension to the auditory experience. Illustrator Nimit Malavia's cover art captures the essence of Vampire Survivors, elevating the release to a bodacious and badass masterpiece. iam8bit's commitment to nostalgia and new-wave sensibilities shines through in this release, appealing to fans of retro gaming and contemporary music listeners.

Cry Without End
Review: Musician and actress Samantha Morton shares her latest collaborative productive output with XL honcho Richard Russell, 'Cry Without End', under the moniker Sam Morton. Featuring musician and composer Alabaster DePlume, 'Cry Without End' is a heartfelt cold surge of stark drum machine, icy melody progression and blurred memories of kinship retold through lyrics. An elegy that captures the lifelong aspect of loss - the grief that sticks with you forever, after which nothing will ever be the same, and there is no going back - this surprise release follows Russell's scouting Morton after her appearance on Desert Island Discs and their ensuing bond over Morton's selection of 'I Remember' by Molly Drake. Elegant but raw, 'Cry Without End' is the closest a ballad can get to evoking a vicarious experience of grief.

Review: Early on in Muslimgauze's (Bryn Jones') career, the musician released two ultra-mysterious releases on the equally mysterious label Hessian, which some speculate might've been comprised entirely of Jones himself. Hammer & Sickle was one of these two early LPs from the faux Arabic auteur, and was notable for its distinct lack of any back cover artwork (who needs a visual stimulus when you've got such great music on board?). Though still indicative of Jones' work as Muslimgauze, superfans will note that this release sounds a little more formative than some of his later releases, owing to its lessened use of Middle Eastern instrumentation and sparser production in general. B-sider 'Fear Of Gadaffi' is the most intermittent in this regard, revelling more than anything in the simple effect of spring delay on sampled, freeform perc hits.

Review: Marie Davidson's latest single 'Y.A.A.M.' is a poignant critique of power dynamics in the music industry - favouring authenticity and passion in a world that thrives on branding and transactional relationships - out of which the Canadian artist finds fuel to fan the driving flames of existential industrial electro-techno. The track opens with a juddering, in-between-4x4-and-2-step electro beat, which lasts for over a minute before Davidson takes up the mic: "do you follow me?". What ensues is an imperfect list of music industry quibbles, which flow over the monstrously huge backing - "entrepreneurs, influencers, producers, managers / nothing for you and me" - in stark but gallows-comedic contrast to the plea to relocate our arses to the dancefloor. In Davidson's own words, the track was inspired by a haughty, lecturing email from a music industry insider: "I took the opportunity to write down how I felt about the words," she recalls, "and the overall tone of arrogance of what I had just been sent quickly, I found myself having a bit too much fun."

Review: The stylistic moniker of one Marc Dwyer (formerly in collaboration with fellow Sydney scene denizen Rebecca Liston, but now solo), Buzz Kull is an impressively accomplished darkwave and neo-EBM project that's been active since 2010. Returning to the equally esteemed Funeral Party Records, with whom Dwyer has enjoyed a productive relationship for a good while now, New Kind Of Cross delivers yet one more album-length handful of dark, danceable, anti-oppressive, cold-future-ambivalent, hysterical-discursive tracks, manifesting in a uniquely occultic sonic nonagram. Our faves have got to be the climactic 'Existence', on which a pervasive atmosphere of defeatist authoritarian realpolitik abounds - "I've never felt existence outside of this system" - and the title track, which exemplifies Dwyer's preference for beautifully textured, subliminally lo-fi arps and emphatic "eurrghs" abounding in the FX send.

Halloween III Season Of The Witch (Soundtrack)
Review: John Carpenter and Alan Howarth's soundtrack for Halloween III: Season of the Witch is a chilling masterpiece that perfectly complements the eerie atmosphere of the film. Released in 1982, the score combines Carpenter's signature synthesizer melodies with Howarth's electronic expertise to create a hauntingly atmospheric soundscape. Tracks like 'Chariots of Pumpkins' and 'Halloween Montage' are iconic examples of their collaborative genius, instilling a sense of dread and unease. The pulsating rhythms and sinister melodies enhance the film's suspense and terror, making it a standout in the realm of horror soundtracks. Carpenter and Howarth's collaboration remains a timeless classic for horror aficionados.

Review: Identity Theft is the solo electronic music of Michael Buchanan, commencing in 2011 with the album Night Workers. Having previously released on labels such as Oraculo Records, Treue Um Treue, Record Label Records, and Katabatik, here he continues to astonish with the atmospheric, brooding and liturgical electro opus, Omnia Vitas. Rooted in Dusseldorf-school electro with strong leanings towards the more abstract krautrock origins of the genre, Vanitas continues to flesh out the themes of surveillance and paranoia - themes endemic to his music from the outset - albeit this time he also works in samples culled personally from the posthumous sonic archives of several departed (and unnamed) producer friends.

Review: Subheim's latest offering, Raeon is a mesmerizing collection of eight tracks that delve deep into moody, lo-fi territory. Building on the sonic landscape he began exploring with Foray in 2015, Subheim strips away percussive elements in favor of space, ambience, and melody. Each composition feels like a fleeting memory, unfolding and dissolving into echoing nothingness, much like the passing lights of a train or a distant melody heard in a dream. Despite its lack of percussion, Raeon maintains a sense of movement and harmony, with each track contributing to an open-ended narrative of stillness and motion, darkness and light. Filled with bittersweet hopefulness and a longing for new beginnings, Raeon seamlessly blends nostalgic synthesised sounds with neoclassical elements, striking a delicate balance between past and future, melancholy and anticipation. Subheim is remarkable at storytelling in his music.

Originally released in 2012, this modern classical and ambient album has got tremendous word of mouth support for its uniqueness and originality, its flavour somewhere between spacey and post-classical. Exploring new structural paths for machine rhythm in irregular metres, the album seems non-binary patterns running simultaneously, moving in and out of interlocking focus, across twelve offerings of "jagged polyrhythmic magic". With Veiki (2019) and Vector Rituals (2022) already gaining him a growing fan base for his unexpectedly constructed but melodically lush compositions, Alluvium is sure to be well received by those with an ear for the previously undiscovered terrains of leftfield electronics.

On the title track, they blend ruffneck drum and bass with ripping breakcore, culminating in a thrilling extratone breakdown. 'Benakis,' on the B-side, explores unconventional time signatures and intricate melodies, transitioning between breakcore and hard techno before drifting into a dreamy, beatless outro. The inevitable highlight for many will be 'I Really Want to Stay at Your House' by Rose Walton and Hallie Coggins, an emotional electro-indie blend about a person scorned, lamenting a doomed relationship. The track was a smash success from the accompanying animated series 'Cyberpunk: Edgerunners' and quickly became the most streamed track from the OST by a gigantic margin. Sporting the logos of various in-game radio stations and housing a bright yellow disc, let's call it cyberpunk yellow, this is perfect for any Cyberpunk 2077 fan's collection.

Now it's the turn of Klangkollektor, indulging a collection of hazy dub excursions which sit somewhere near Balearic splendour, piano-charged melancholy and isolation tank meditation. In the dub tradition the approach is consistent and evenly paced, but it's certainly not aiming for any kind of typical Jamaican sound. Instead, there's a gentle introspection to the melodic content which gels perfectly with the spacious approach to mixing, unfurling across four sides of wax for an album you can just melt into.

They notoriously lent their backing vocals to friends Soft Cell but went on to have success as a duo with avant-garde singles that defied norms and climbed the UK dance charts between 1982 and 1986. Now, Unexpected offers glimpses into their creative process and is packed with pop experiments recorded on the fly, some of which are with Dave Ball of Soft Vell/Grid fame. Limited to 999 copies on Coke bottle clear vinyl, this release is a true collector's gem that includes an exclusive postcard.

Review: Persona 3 Portable is more than just a handheld adaptation of Atlus' renowned roleplaying game. It's a full-blown reimagining, introducing fans to Kotone, an all-new female protagonist who brought with her new Social Links, story tweaks, and, of course, new music. The vinyl soundtrack edition represents the very best of that new P3P music, all carefully selected by the Atlus Sound Team themselves. From the fresh opening theme 'Soul Phrase' to the brand-new battle tune 'Wiping All Out', this LP is your chance to experience the music of P3P like never before. Plus, it wouldn't be a Persona x iam8bit release without incredible album art from the label's friend Drew Wise.

Review: Video game soundtrack issuers Iam8bit continue to do god's work in pressing the scores for noughties console classics to high-qual, heavyweight vinyl. This time around we're graced with the championed OST for Persona 4 by Shoji Meguro and company, who lent their spacious, effects-laden broken jazzdance and ambient pop production skills to Japan's premier game deveopment company Atlus, amounting to a hilariously phat and still DJ-mix-worthy OST. With the series following a high school student dragged into a string of murder mysteries, the eponymous Persona superpower emerges as the ability to manifest one's own psyche, a power that becomes increasingly vital to successfully unmask the perpetrator. The soundtrack is quizzical, chin-scratching and yet boisterous to match, mirroring the urgency and drive of a beside-the-law adolescent PI with a just cause.

Review: Contemporary tastemakers Geilgling return with a set of remixes of material from Leafier Legiv's recent album, Mirror. First up it is German minimal maestro Isolee who flips 'Fade' into some of his signature sounds - smeared synths and abstract designs all weave together over a minimal beat to make for something seductive and late night. Polish loop master Jan Jelinek then flips 'Fade' into a slow motion shuffle with bright, celestial shards of melodic light and downbeat, melancholic vocals over a chugging beat. Last of all is a mix of 'Jing' that is all broken loops, chopped vocal fragments and hallucinogenic synths.

Review: Everything Is Connected (Best Of) marks a significant milestone in Blancmange's illustrious 45-year career. Curated by their now sole member, singer Neil Arthur, this collection expertly captures the essence of the band's evolution, blending iconic hits with personal favorites. Emerging from the UK's post-punk DIY scene, Blancmange achieved widespread acclaim with their 1982 LP Happy Families, earning gold status in the UK and spawning international hits. With seven Top 40 singles and 70 weeks in the UK album charts, Blancmange's influence extends far beyond their genre. Their impact on British synth-pop reverberates through the words of admirers like Moby, John Grant, and Honey Dijon, who recognize their pivotal role in shaping the house music scene. Everything Is Connected features timeless classics such as 'Living On the Ceiling', 'Waves,' 'Blind Vision,' and a poignant cover of Abba's 'The Day Before You Came.' Alongside these hits are recent favorites like 'What's The Time,' 'Reduced Voltage,' and 'Some Times These,' showcasing Blancmange's enduring relevance and innovation. This compilation is a fitting tribute to a band whose music continues to resonate with audiences worldwide.

Review: Finland's Olli Aarni delivers two swirling, longform tape meanderings on Dauw Belgium. Aarni's music is effortlessly analogous to organic structures and growth, and the A-side is a blissfully suspended, gauzy trip, with resonant pads and emotive tintinnabulations permeating thick, gravelly clouds of teeming tape flutter. On the flip, hollow drones give way to a dense haze of soft noise and abstraction, before regressing to purer sine rumblings towards a cathartic conclusion.

Review: Dave Tipper, formerly a key component of the late 90s/early 00s breakbeat scene both as a producer and as bossof the Fuel label, reissues this Tipper album released in 2014 but still garnering immense interest a decade later. His 12th full-length release masterfully blends IDM, breakbeat, glitch, and downtempo, veering from downtempo to sound design and his impeccable, inimitable breaks sound. Through innovative sound manipulation techniques, he juxtaposes skewed, chopped, and distorted low-end transmissions with ethereal orchestral melodies, making this a must have for fans of challenging - in all the right ways - music.

Review: Selene by Akira Kosemura & Lawrence English is a beautiful exploration of atmosphere and gravity, seamlessly weaving together expansive soundscapes with a grounding sense of stability. At its core, Selene is a contemplative journey that delves into the human desire for transcendence and new perspectives. Through its meditative compositions, the record captures the essence of celestial zones and the boundless visions they evoke. Drawing inspiration from various sources, including radio telecopy, filmic dreams, and fictional renderings, the album transcends traditional boundaries to create a rich tapestry of sound and emotion. As a collaborative effort, Selene builds upon a lineage of musical exploration, bridging past and future with its innovative approach to composition and production. Through its ethereal melodies and evocative atmospheres, the album embraces the beauty of the unknown.

Review: Kevin Pearce's Science Fiction Ballads For The Lost Generation emerges as a riveting exploration of sonic storytelling and atmospheric nostalgia. Inspired by Vangelis' evocative 'Blade Runner' soundtrack, Pearce conceived the album as a cinematic journey, crafting a collection of songs that embody a sense of mystery and introspection. Initially recorded as a personal experiment, the album remained hidden for years until Pearce rediscovered it by chance. With its unearthed quality, Science Fiction Ballads exudes a timeless allure, reminiscent of audio fossils waiting to be discovered. This gut-wrencher of a record unfolded after a chance kinship following a show at which both ambient legends appeared. Despite this seemingly irreverent origin story, 'Piece Of Forever' and 'Waking Up Dizzy On A Bastion' are anything but throwaway, each entrancing the listener with up to 20 minutes per side of awestruck sonic bokeh and tidal dronework, producing an overall tactile and warm, fully audiophilic experience.

Review: Veteran electrohead and former artist on the Rephlex Records roseter DMX Krew's Ed DMX takes the well-known story by Jorge Luis Borges of The Library of Babel, said to contain all the different languages of the earth. Some deep philosophical thought has gone into the album's concept, but we'll leave that to Ed to explain. Instead, we'll tell you that from beginning to end there's plenty of the kind of trademark 80s synth playfulness in evidence, with a generally more mellow and soundtrack-related rather than frenetic and dancefloor-filling vibe in evidence, even on faster tracks like 'The Combed Thunderclap'. Still, Ed knows what he's doing when it comes to this kind of leftfield electro gear, and it's a rewarding, never boring listen.

Review: In the ongoing Palestinian humanitarian crisis, more and more artists are taking a stance against perceived injustices in the war agaist Hammas. Following Annie Lennox's "Artists for ceasefire. Peace" outcry at the Grammys in January, coming at the end of a heartwrenching rendition of 'Nothing Compares 2 U' in memoriam of Sinead O'Connor, Fontaines DC is using their platform to raise funds for Medecins Sans Frontieres. 'Ceasefire' is a collaborative EP with trip-hop collective Massive Attack and progressive hip-hop group Young Fathers. Each group is donating their music into one compilation, where 100% of the profits are being donated to the non-profit humanitarian organisation. The 12" comes in one of 4 colour combinations, where the disc and two contrasting colours on the cover (designed by Massive Attack's 3D) sport one of the bold colours of the Palestinian flag.

The focus is on "visionary Mexican electronic music" from the 80s and early 90s, spanning a broad reach of new wave, jazz and new age explorers all held together by the ambient sensibilities in their music. There are some true luminaries of experimental music in Mexico included here, such as Jorge Reyes, Armando Velasco and Arbol Perenne, all drawing their own paths through ancient musical tradition and the technological innovations of the time in a compelling, accomplished manner which transcended the DIY trappings of their creative environments.

Review: While legendary composer and jazz soloist Harry Manfredini has handled the scores to the vast majority of entries into the Friday the 13th horror franchise, it would be the ironically titled Part VII: The New Blood that would see producer Fred Mollin brought in to provide unique cues to counterweight Manfredini's compositions. With only Mollin returning to score the following eighth instalment, this score provides the only torch passing intersection between the two uniquely brilliant composers, while this pressing lands on "psychokinetik splatter", echoing the film's plot of a young telekinetic girl going to war with the hockeymasked Jason (for those not up on their Camp Crystal Lake lore).

Review: Fred Mollin's soundtrack for Friday The 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan is a sonic journey that heightens the suspense and terror in the iconic horror franchise. Released in 1989, Mollin's composition skillfully amplifies the on-screen tension with a mix of eerie synthesizers, ominous melodies and haunting soundscapes. The soundtrack complements the film's atmospheric shifts, enhancing the ominous presence of Jason Voorhees as he navigates the streets of Manhattan. Mollin's skill is to add an extra layer to the cinematic experience and in doing so he very much contributes to the lasting impact of this legendary series.

Review: Bersarin Quartett is the work of Thomas Bucker, who since 2012 has released his flagship ambient project via Denovali. The Munster-based artist employs a grandiose orchestral lilt to the compositions on Systeme, threading considered sound design touches in amongst the sweep and swell of strings that rise from his imaginary quartet of players. It's neo-classical with a plaintive, soundtrack-ready quality, but as ever Bucker weaves tension, dissonance and texture in amongst the foreground melodic content to make for a richly compelling listen.

Review: First released in 2012, this highly acclaimed second full-length album flaunts the unique musical style of the German artist Thomas Bucker, the mastermind behind Bersarin Quartett. II is a mesmerizing blend of ambient, electronic and classical music, making for a classic example of the solo-artist-masquerading-as-a-group subversion. Proving that the sonic expressions of classical music that are normally connoted with ensembles can be pulled off by an individual, titles like 'Zum Greifen nah' and 'Alles ist ein Wunder' reflect the sublime feel of epic film music, while evoking every influence from The Flashbulb to Bohren & Der Club Of Gore. Now reissued on vinyl by Denovali, the Quartett can be heard once again, in all their crescendoing glory.

Review: Jerskin Fendrix, a South London 'Windmill' scenester who has colaborated with Black Midi and is associated with the likes of Black Country New Road among others, is one of the last names you'd expect to see soundtracking a big movie, but then Poor Things' director Yorgos Lanthimos is a character who rarely plays by the rules. This is the first film of his to include an original soundtrack, and also Fendrix's first soundtrack, the latter describing their relationship as being that of young lovers encountering the experience for the first time. The results are coy and innocent sounding, probably as a result, as well stirring and melancholic, with an emphasis on the breathier sounds in the canon and unusual instruments such as harp, bagpipes and hamonium alongside the more traditional strings and other orchestral trimmings. A remarkable soundtrack for a remarkable film.

Review: As compelling as it is unexpected, the ever-prolific Kevin Richard Martin of Bug fame steps forth with a deeply eerie, lovelorn platter of wheezy dub techno haze, gauzy half-step and hollow, heart-rending ambience, dedicated to Amy Winehouse. In his words: "whilst randomly watching Asif Kapadia's moving bio doc 'Amy', on a long distance flight (...) i realised the scale of her greatness and the tragedy of the circumstances that led to her untimely death", and with 'Black', he offers up a gentle, reverent eulogy to the late singer, calling to mind Burial's charred LDN isolationism, Actress' sparser work, and even what Martin himself refers to as Mark Ronson's 'poptastic' productions, as on fever-coded upright bass shuffler 'Camden Crawling' and 'Black', an ingenious, spectral harmonic flip of Winehouse's Back To Black. A perfect ode to a misunderstood icon.

Review: One of several final demo collections by the band Broadcast, all recorded between 2006 and 2009, to be released before they say their final goodbyes to the world as a group. Comprising songs and sketches drawn from the four-track tape archives of the late Trish Keenan, who died in 2011, Spell Broadcast seems a befitting title for the audio-incantation that this large set of 36 originals seems to cast over us. The recordings lay the groundwork for what would have been Broadcast's fifth album, offering a window into Trish and James Cargill's creative process during the post-Tender Buttons period from 2006-2009.

Review: Spell Blanket - Collected Demos 2006-2009 by Broadcast offers a rare glimpse into the creative process of Trish Keenan and James Cargill during the post-Tender Buttons period. This compilation features songs and sketches drawn from Keenan's extensive archive of four-track tapes and MiniDiscs, laying the groundwork for what would have been Broadcast's fifth album. The recordings showcase the duo's experimental approach to music-making, with Trish and James exploring new sonic territories and refining their distinctive sound. The photography used in the artwork is captured by Trish and James themselves, adding a personal touch to the collection. Designed by Broadcast's long-time collaborator Julian House, the artwork complements the nostalgic yet forward-thinking nature of the music.

Distant Call: Collected Demos 2000-2006
Cat: WARPCD 373. Rel: 28 Sep 24
Review: Broadcast's Collected Demos collections span era-defining moments that dot the band's career. One of several new demo compilations to mark the band's sad closing knell, Distant Call is one such record, and comprises fourteen demos that were worked into finished productions appearing on Haha Sound, Tender Buttons and The Future Crayon. Though most of these are tenderer versions of these songs of yore, two cuts here - 'Come Back To Me' and 'Please Call To Book' - are formerly unheard originals, both of whose songwriting is credited to the band's own Trish Keenan, discovered shortly after her passing in 2011. Full of dusty deuteragonies and gothic, tape-hued waltzes, this is a rare, once-in-a-lifetime, stripped back snapshot of the band's cutting room floor.

Review: Brainwave Research Center is back once again with another superb album, and once again Chase Smith and Christa Majoras embody a unique DIY sound crafted from analog synthesizer experimentations. This is another entry into the duo's initial four-part series and it encapsulates the essence of summer. The A-side commences with a dreamy narrative that transitions into the gritty urban landscape of Brooklyn in 'Interceptor iii,' and concludes with euphoric sunset vibes. On the B-side, the music delves into the sensation of falling in dreams, reminiscent of their second album Mosaic, again blending electronic and acoustic elements. Feel Free, then, invites listeners into the everyday musings of Brainwave Research Center and is a classic listen for fans of locked-in rhythms.

The Dream Continues
Review: In an unprecedented collaboration, Formula 1 star Charles Leclerc and world-renowned pianist Sofiane Pamart present Dreamers, a unique piano composition project. An unusual project to say the least, we have to admit that the idea is there: co-composed between the boy racer and the pianoforte prodigy, Leclerc and Pamart jointly describe their release as a "tribute to the journey and not just the destination", and a composition that "captures the ongoing pursuit of excellence and the never-ending evolution of dreams". It certainly is dreamy, with the likes of 'Focus' and 'The Dream Continues' wringing out the stargazing propensities of all those at home, and mixing it with the raw power of the figurative racecar engine, inspiring a longing for greatness on the level embodied in these two.

Please Call To Book
Review: As the title suggests, Broadcast have collected all their demo recordings made between 2000 and 2006 and compiled them onto a single 14-track record. But that's not the main piece of news: sadly, this one marks the end of releasing from the band, tying the bow on an game-changing career to say the least. Many of these tender tidbits were worked into finished productions appearing on Haha Sound, Tender Buttons and The Future Crayon; it's an impressive flex to be able to flaunt your one-offs and pack them onto a single recorded finale. What's more, the connotations aroused by form - demos - as well as the sonic content of these gems plays nicely up to Broadcast's now well-established aesthetic, which is one for the ages, to be sure. The album also includes two songs discovered by James after bandmate Trish's passing: 'Come Back To Me' and 'Please Call To Book' which was her response to Broadcast's 2006 'Let's Write A Song' project, where fans were asked to submit lyrics on a postcard which would then be worked into a finished song.

Review: After a brief production delay, this long-awaited and highly in-demand vinyl pressing is finally ready. 'Scott Pilgrim Takes Off' was a huge hit when it released on Netflix last year, and this gatefold includes the amount of care and goodies you would expect - prints, beautiful art on the inner sleeves and two different coloured discs alongside a mini-comic. The California electro-rock output's hallmarks are everpresent, from the tongue-cheek whit of the vinyl-exclusive extended version of 'Techno Syndrome' (a Mortal Kombat theme sample) to the masterful chiptune bangers and rocking guitars. It's well worth picking this up before it inevitably sells out.

Review: The 2023 film Wonka has delighted audiences with its fantastic original soundtrack featuring performances by lead actor Timothee Chalamet and an exceptional ensemble cast including Hugh Grant, Calah Lane, and Keegan-Michael Key. Review: For the last ten years Japan's reissue market has blossomed into one of the most fruitful for western listeners eager to explore very rare Japanese releases and artists from the 70s and 80s specifically. In no other genres has this been most displayed then in the new age, ambient, folk and synth realms. Alfa/Yen Records 1980-1987: Techno Pop & Other Electronic Adventures In Tokyo follows this fantastic era of passing on to a new generation. This compilation features many luminary figures in the Japanese scene with an extra emphasis of it honing in on Yellow Magic Orchestra and its members. After the popularity of similar compilations in the past five years, this looks to be one of the most successful reissues of Japanese electronic music in 2024!
