Review: The reissue of Freda Payne's seminal album Band of Gold marks a celebration of soul music history. Originally released in 1970, it catapulted Payne to commercial success. Demon Music Group's reissue on 140g GOLD vinyl, complete with an obi strip and new liner notes from Stewart Cosgrove, revives this iconic album. Remastered audio by Phil Kinrade at AIR studios ensures its timeless appeal.
