Notes: The ACL EVE 1 busboard is used to distribute the operating voltages of a power supply unit to supply up to 20 modules in a Eurorack case.

It was developed with the aim of achieving the lowest possible electrical contact resistance between the power supply unit and the modules connected to it.

This is reflected in minimal potential differences between the power supply unit and between all connection terminals of the modules and the terminals, which almost completely eliminates any couplings between modules and the resulting interference.

This is achieved by a six-layer sandwich design in which each voltage supplied by the power supply unit has its own complete layer for distribution to the module connection terminals, i.e. +12V, -12V and +5V each have the complete surface of the bus board available as copper surface, while the ground even has three layers available, resulting in an extremely low resistance of the ground bar (ground). The arrangement of the layers is like a sandwich, there is almost no influence between e.g. the +5V rail on which often disturbing digital modules are connected and ground or the +/- 12V rails. In addition, there are 4 buffer capacitors with 22uF and 100nF each for the +12V and -12V rail, which are arranged as parallel connected packets with 22uF and 100nF each at the outer ends left and right. These capacitors are Ultra Low ESR MLCC types.

Furthermore, a CV and a gate bus are available up to four times (two at the top and two at the bottom, each bridged by a jumper). These are consequently shielded from each other and from the voltage bars and thus cannot influence each other or other voltage bars (+/- 12V, +5V) by crosstalk, which further rounds off the "low-noise design".

Individual Wire Testing - Featuring the ability to test each wire within the ribbon cables independently with dedicated LEDs for every wire, providing a clear visual indication of the status of each connection, wires are also tested against their neighbouring wires to detect shorts.

Busboard monitor

The busboard monitor LEDs allows the user to check the state of the busboard power lines as well as the special CV/Gate functions. If the busboard has no +5v supply the led will be off likewise for the CV/Gate functions if not in use.

This is a desktop device, ADDAC provide a long power cable so that it can still be plugged into your rack.

As a safety precaution only power this board when you need to test a cable. Leaving it ON at all times can lead to unintended problematic misuses which, in a worst case scenario, can shorten your Eurorack PSU,

Notes: This module is a simple two channel attenuverter and voltage source. Notes: Simple but effective. The Hungry Robot Modular CV Sequencer provides you with eight steps of voltage-controlled sequencing. Each step features an individual control knob to adjust the voltage with an approximate range of 4V. With an intelligent and intuitive design, the Hungry Robot CV Sequencer is the ideal choice for any modular rig.

This handy little device isn't equipped with an internal clock. Instead, a CLOCK input allows you to patch in your 4 to 5V external clock signal to advance the sequencer through the steps. A RESET push button allows you to transport your sequence back to the beginning, whilst a PAUSE button can be held to pause your sequence and re-commence when the button is released. Powered by a standard 9V DC centre-negative power supply, the Hungry Robot Modular CV Sequencer is easy to use without the need for costly extras such as powered cases or racks. The table-top format is low-cost and simple, and gives you a highly-accessible complete modular system. It's also the perfect companion to integrate with other synthesizers and instrumentation.

Notes: This basic building block of a modular system is indispensable. The Hungry Robot VCA provides 2 independent, high quality VCAs. These VCAs are DC coupled which means you can patch in audio sources as well as CV sources (though its primary function is for audio). Notes: AllFlesh is a patching system for modular systems. It's a new way to interact, perform and control, yielding new results and new sounds not possible without the subtleties of human touch and gestural expression. You are the patch cords: you transfer modulation, your fingers are multiples, you are attenuation, you bend pitches with finger pressure, you transfer sequences from oscillator to oscillator, you transfer triggers from voices to voice. AllFlesh work similarly to patch cables except your hands act as the wires to complete connections between ins and outs (touching two points). Your body will cause a certain amount of resistance between points and the amount of skin in contact with any point will alter the amount of resistance further introducing instability. Further instability can sometimes occur from radio frequency interference introduced by your body acting as an antenna.

The size and shape of AllFlesh allows for expressive finger pressure changes, as well as directionalized placement in your system which aids ergonomic considerations, proximity to other jacks and knobs. Similar to using patch cables, AllFlesh allows your system to be what you make it, but with AllFlesh the patching and personalization of a modular environment go much further. Each individual will move their hands differently within an AllFlesh patch, and each individual's skin conductivity is different. These two variables can help modular interaction feel personalized while also literally increasing your connection with and reaction to the resulting audio. It's important to note that the experimental nature of this patching method means that it won't be necessarily applicable to all patching duties. It is left up to the performer to find out what works best for them their particular skin conductivity, their particular modules, and their particular system.

Notes: USB Power is a light-duty Eurorack power supply designed for mini systems, for testing, and for portability. Plug in a single module, a flying bus cable for multiple modules, or plug it directly into a bus board header. The small PCB footprint was specifically designed to fit our Bus Cheeks systems, but it can easily fit a small enclosure and won't take much space on your workbench. If you plan using this supply to power the 5V rail on your modules, keep in mind that the 5V rail will sag as you increase your current draw on either or both of the +12 and -12 volt rails.

The sides, front and back are made of real-wood veneer covered MDF.
