Notes: The Pianissimo is a Virtual Grand Piano, delivering the rich, warm sound and expressiveness of a classic grand piano. It operates as a VST plug-in, or runs as a stand-alone application.

The Pianissimo uses a combination of sample playback and advanced physical modeling to create a stunning acoustic grand piano sound. Starting with 250 MB of high quality samples of a Steinway Model D grand piano, the Pianissimo uses complex signal processing and programming to recreate the warmth, response, and playability of a real grand piano. This warm, natural sound is then paired with a professional studio-quality reverb algorithm to add the depth and ambiance of a real acoustic space. Add in modeled sympathetic resonance, incidental mechanical hammer sounds, remarkable control over tone and velocity response, 256 voices of polyphony, and incredibly low CPU usage, and Pianissimo might just be the best sounding, most playable virtual piano ever.

The VST will operate in any DAW with support for virtual instruments in the VST format, including Mixcraft.

The Stand-Alone version supports any MIDI device, and any Wave, ASIO, or WaveRT device. It allows for two-track recording, loading and saving of standard MIDI Type 1 files, and supports mixing down to WAV, MP3, WMA, and Ogg Vorbis files.

Like Auto-Tune 7, Auto-Tune EFX 3's pitch correction works by continuously tracking the pitch of your vocal and comparing it to the notes in a (customizable) scale. The scale note closest to the input pitch is identified as the target note. If your vocal's pitch exactly matches the target note, no correction is applied. If your vocal's pitch varies from the target note, either sharp or flat, the output pitch is smoothly corrected to the target note.

The new variable Retune Speed control lets you fine tune the desired effect for your track, from subtle natural pitch correction to the Auto-Tune Vocal Effect.

The new Humanize function ensures that short notes are effectively corrected while sustained notes are allowed to preserve their subtle pitch variations for the most natural, realistic pitch correction.

The Auto-Tune Vocal Effect is what is technically known as "pitch quantization." Instead of allowing all of the small variations in pitch and the gradual transitions between notes that are a normal part of singing, the Auto-Tune Vocal Effect limits each note to an exact pitch, stripping out any variation, as well as forcing instantaneous transitions between notes.

Auto-Motion Vocal Pattern Generation is a unique effect that adds intricate musical patterns to a vocal performance. Patterns are selected from a built-in (and expandable) library in a variety of styles and can be synced to your host's tempo at various beat divisions. At any point in your vocal track, simply click the Auto-Motion Trigger button to send your vocal on a melodic adventure.

With Auto-Tune EFX 3, you're not limited just to our Auto-Motion patterns. Since Auto-Tune EFX 3's patterns are stored in standard MusicXML format, you can use any application that can open and edit MusicXML files (and there are free open source apps that can do that) to edit existing patterns and create entirely new patterns of your own. When you drag and drop MIDI in the timeline of the song browser, the EZkeys will immediately analyze and separate all chords. If you click any of the blocks, an intuitive chord circle will open. This allows you to transpose or alter any chord or full song on the fly. This works just as well with the included MIDI as any user imported files.

The EZkeys comes with a mint condition Steinway and Sons model D grand piano, sampled to perfection in a world-class recording studio using only the best of the best in vintage and modern recording gear. Superior Drummer 2.0, The New York Studio Legacy Series was recorded by Pat Thrall, Neil Dorfsman and Nir Z at Hit Factory, Avatar Studios and Allaire studios, NY. Pat Thrall, Neil Dorfsman and Nir Z have between them over the past three decades worked with artists as diverse as Meatloaf, Celine Dion, Nick Lachey, Sting, Bruce Springsteen, Dire Straits, Beyonce, Bjork, Kiss, Joss Stone, Genesis, John Mayer and Chris Cornell.
The first release, Superior Drummer 2.0 'The New York Studio Legacy Series Vol.1', contains the Superior Drummer 2.0 sampler engine and Vol.1 of the 'New York Studio Legacy Series'. Vol.1 contains extensive recordings from Avatar Studios in New York. The second release, 'The New York Studio Legacy Series Vol.2', is planned for Q1 2009 and will complement these recordings with sessions from the legendary Hit Factory and Allaire studios in New York city and upstate New York.

Most of these highly prized instruments (like a 1920s Ludwig Black Beauty, or Craviotto Timeless Timber) can only be found in the collections of top studio drummers or hired from rental facilities in the major music centres of the world.

Recorded at 2KHz Studio in London using an EMI TG desk used for many legendary recordings of the early seventies including The Beatles Abbey Road and Pink Floyds Dark Side of the Moon. It is considered one of the best sounding desks ever made.

The Custom and Vintage SDX was played by Chris Whitten, the drummer on classic hits like What I Am by Edie Brickell & The New Bohemians and The Whole Of The Moon by The Waterboys.

Whitten was hailed as a world class drummer, playing on Paul McCartney's Flowers In The Dirt album and subsequent record breaking world tour, and Dire Straits 18 month On Every Street tour. Chris has also recorded with such varied artists as Johnny Cash, Julian Cope, World Party and The Pretenders.

The Custom and Vintage SDX was produced by Peter Henderson who started his career at Air Studios where he trained and worked with Beatles recording engineer Geoff Emerick (Sgt. Pepper, Abbey Road etc). as well as with the legendary George Martin.

Henderson produced Supertramp's 20 million selling Breakfast In America, for which he won a Grammy. He has also worked with Paul McCartney, Rush, Frank Zappa, Jeff Beck, Tina Turner and Ringo Starr.
