Reign in Blood is one of the most important albums from the mighty metal legends, influencing everyone from Metallica to Pendulum.and many acts in between. After their first two albums, the band made the unlikely but ultimately well considered move of signing to previously exclusively hip-hop label Def Jam to reach a larger audience with better distribution, which also meant hooking up with legendary producer Rick Rubin, with killer tracks like Angel of Death', 'Necrophobic' and the face melting 'Altar of Sacrifice'.
