Review: Jamaica-born, NY-based US rapper Canibus came up on the underground freestyle and battle scene and so plenty of the skills he had that stood him out then defied this new long player. It's dark and hard-hitting in terms of both the moody late-night production but also the rhymes. He delivers them with a real snarl as he takes aim at everything from street life to social and racial issues.
