Stab Me (4:57)
Sacrifice (4:32)
Review: D. Tiffany's Planet Euphorique is back, following up some great freak outs by the likes of Nite Fleit, Reptant and Big Zen, with this retroverted trip by Ambien Baby: comprised of the label boss herself and Dan Rincon aka NAP. "Tack" is their sophomore effort after debuting on local tape imprint Isla last year, and as you'd expect, it borrows from house and techno's yesteryear, reinterpreting it with a modern edge as heard on the warped tunnel vision of "El Kesh" (which calls to mind the late German innovator Christian Morgenstern's finer moments), the dystopian electro funk of "Stab Me" and its unashamed Detroit influence plus closer "Sacrifice", which further explores Sophie Sweetland's love of intoxicating breakbeat sounds.

Relaxerciser (7:38)
Review: British producer, party set designer and DJ Angel D'Lite is known for her sickly sweet and high energy mixes and solo work. An avid vinyl collector and happy hardcore indulger, '303 Dalmations' feels like biting into a sour sweet and the headrush from the sugar high thereafter. 'Just Trippin' and '7am' are evocative of the 90s records that D'Lite digs for in her local shops and collection and are bubbly dance tracks with classic breakbeats (Producers will recognise the opening amen break vocal sample on 'Liquid Skies' very well). The feel of the EP is a classic club experience, and you can't help but dance along and smile - as D'Lite says herself "Happy Hardcore is good for the soul".

Tip Sonic (7:06)
Buddons (5:38)
Review: Jamie Enns AKA Big Zen is the latest producer to emerge from the hotbed of dreamy, otherworldly deep house that is Vancouver. Key3 is his debut and comes packed with the kind of gently psychedelic, glassy-eyed fare that would once have soundtracked sunrise sessions at illicit raves and secret parties. Opener "Big Trance" is a hypnotic and rolling affair, with psychedelic arpeggio lines, dreamy chords and sparkling electronics rising above a bustling rhythm track, while "Weo" is a swirling and bouncy, retro-futurist deep house jam blessed with a trippy spoken word vocal. The combination of dreamy chords, chunky bass and bouncy deep house drums is also evident on "Tip Sonic", while closer "Buddon" is an intoxicating affair full of dense tribal drums and drifting vocal samples.

DDoNK CrySyS (3:50)
Cryptobitch Theme (7:21)
Zero Day Demon (2:33)
Cafe Can (5:49)
Review: Yes, yes, one thousand times yes. Cryptobitch resurrect track ideas and stems originally formed in 2010, as if only to prove the fact they were well ahead of the curve back then. Packing plenty of IDM nuances, while everything here is very clever indeed it's also a prime example of why the hybrid dance revolution is so infectious and all-encompassing.

Call it drum & bass, call it bassline-infused techno, it's fast but funky, littered with rough riding breakbeats and absolutely inescapable. Futurism on record, you might say. From the acid-inflected jungle style 'DDoNK CrySyS' to the bouncing and jacking 'I Heart Hacking', the lush, opiate waves of synth juxtaposed with the flairs of snare-topped drums on 'Emotet (D Monica), to the compressed, crunching stepper 'Zero Day Demon'. Exceptional stuff that should be in everyone's bag. Or box.

Feel U (5:45)
AK (4:59)
Sip & Savour (5:13)
Northern Lights (5:09)
Review: There's something wonderfully blissful and summery about Sophie Sweetland's latest outing under the D.Tiffany pseudonym. From start to finish, the EP sounds like it was written at sunrise under the influence of a cocktail of endorphin-boosting prescription drugs. Check, for example, the skittish breakbeats, slowly swelling chords and huggable synth-bass of head-in-the-clouds opener "Feel U", or the red-eye-enhanced deep space pads that drift across an up-tempo, high-octane electro rhythm on "AK". The Vancouver producer opts for a slightly rougher-edged sound on bustling flipside opener "Sip & Savour", a chunky, breakbeat-driven affair smothered in rich deep house chords and intergalactic electronics, while closer "Northern Lights" reminded us of the sublime, ambient house-era work of Japanese producer Mr YT.

Review: Terri Shaska is DJ Girl, with releases mainly on Chicago's eat dis imprint in addition to her locals at Vanity Press Records in Metro Detroit. Her new Sisk Trax EP for D. Tiffany's Planet Euphorique was definitely one of our favourite releases this week, featuring four intense and punishing expressions in techno. From the hyperspeed industrial thriller 'And The Crowd Howls', to the fierce jackhammer IDM of 'Tunnel Vision' and some angular electro beats as heard on 'Track 4' - it's evident that dj girl is a force to be reckoned with. Tip!

DJ Venetta & ZDBT - "Tie Me Up" (5:50)
Byron Yeates & Brandi - "Activate" (6:40)
Review: Planet Euphorique is back in business for a fourth volume in the on going Tiny planet series. It is an always interesting various artists collection that offers a widescreen take on tech house and minimal. Emkay keeps it deep, bubbly, pumping on the opener 'Dennis' then things get more wonky and tripped out with Eversines & RDS's 'Milky Mouse.' On the flip side is ZDBT & DJ Vendetta's electro-tech fusion 'Tie Me Up' with its sleazy vocals and hyper speed rhythms and Byron Yeates & Brandi then closes out with another swaggering ghetto vibe on the fresh sounding 'Activate.'

Killer DJ's - "Track 1" (9:41)
DJ Donini - "Donini's Dream" (5:35)
CCL X Flora FM - "Liquify Interference" (6:59)
SMP - "Natty Bop" (5:38)
Review: For the latest release on her admirable Planet Euphorique imprint, Sophie Sweetland has gathered together a quartet of box-fresh club cuts from up-and-coming artists. As you'd expect, much of the material is psychedelic and intoxicating, reprocessing a range of vintage influences in a myriad of ways. Killer DJ's kick things off via the epic trip that is "Track 1", a saucer-eyed fusion of tropical house drums, ambient techno electronics and humid samples. Dj Donini raises the temperature further via the retro-futurist techno trip of "Donini's Dream", before CCL and Flora FM join forces on the bassbin-bothering tribal shuffle of "Liquify Interference". SMP rounds things off in fine style with "Natty Bop", a similarly bass-heavy fusion of skipping, post two-step beats, spacey sounds and low-end power.

Mutually Feeling - "Gutted Honeydew" (7:55)
Pascale Project - "Fly Zone" (8:10)
Overland - "Are You Done Yet?" (5:46)
Sigsaly - "Carve" (5:41)
Review: D. Tiffany presents the third installment in Planet Euphorique's Tiny Planet series, with four choice cuts. First up are Canadian life collaborators Mutually Feeling (Ariana Molly & Pulsum) with the slo-mo hardcore of 'Gutted Honeydew' accompanied by an evocative vocal. Next up, fellow Montrealer Pascale Project brings the totally loved-up vibe of 'Fly Zone' which also features a talented singer. Things take a much darker turn on the flip, with some of the label boss's cohorts from Vancouver taking charge. First is Jodie Overland with the mental overdrive of 'Are You Done Yet?' followed by local minimal wave/industrial duo Sigsaly going out all guns blazing on the hard dance mayhem of 'Carve'.

Reply All (5:08)
Review: Australian-in-London Nite Fleit is a producer we'll undoubtedly be hearing more of this year. Here she delivers her second solo salvo (her debut appeared on Steel City Dance Discs last year), serving up club-ready workouts rich in psychedelic electronics, ragged acid lines, industrial-strength basslines and crunchy analogue drums. Rhythmically, most of the tracks stick close to the electro template, but it's the wild, angular and mind-altering nature of the riffs and melodies she places atop that set the pulse racing. Yet while there's plenty of excitement amongst the club-rockers on show - "Borderline" and "Thar Bye Bye" in particular - it's the deep and melancholic flex of the more introspective "Reply All" that most impresses.

Faerie Stomp (Enchanted mix) (5:52)
Faerie Stomp (Ludwig AF Haunted mix) (7:56)
Faerie Stomp (Adam Pits Undergrowth mix) (5:28)
Review: While D Tiffany's Planet Euphorique label has always embraced the more psychedelic end of the electronic music spectrum, this debut EP from Psychedelic Budz - a collaboration between the label founder and fellow trippy techno traveller Ciel - is the most expressively hallucinatory record it has released to date. In its original form, "Faerie Stomp" is a wonderfully squelchy, acid-fired trip into '90s tech-trance territory that sounds like the kind of thing that Ewoks would listen to in order to free their minds at five in the morning. The pair's more percussive and spaced-out "Enchanted Mix" is, if anything, even better. Elsewhere, Ludwig AF's remix doffs a multi-coloured jester's hat to the Psychic Warriors Ov Gaia, while Adam Pitts turns the track into a psychedelic techno stomper.

Review: The latest glassy-eyed, mind-altering missive on Sophie Sweetland's Planet Euphorique imprint comes courtesy of Reptant, the self-styled "known associate and suspected leader of the Lizard Tech Militia" (in reality, it's an alias of LKR Records boss Lucas "Lou" Karsh). It's a rather fine EP all told, with the reptilian machine freak brilliantly combining elements of punchy beat-box electro, dreamy ambient house, psychedelic ambient techno and mind-altering early '90s IDM. The peak-time picks are probably the metronomic, otherworldly thump of "Freq Accident" and the "Hoover bass"-sporting electro aggression of "Monolith", though the whole EP is superb.

Review: Via well-regarded releases on Budget Cuts and Eternal Ocean (a label he founded), Robin Lohrey ALA Ronan has quickly established himself as a must-check maker of the kind of alternately dreamy and psychedelic dancefloor fare whose roots lie not in contemporary club culture, but rather early '90s techno, trance, jungle and breakbeat hardcore. His latest 12", for D. Tiffany's Planet Euphorique label, touches on many of these themes, moving from the twisted psychedelic techno/ambient techno madness of "Dream Portal", to the sped-up, acid-fired thump of "Star Fissure" - think Braindance style electro after a few too many doses of narcotics - via the aquatic tribal techno throb of "Crystal Viewer".

Review: ***B-STOCK: Record has very light surface marks/smudges, but otherwise in perfect working condition***

Over the last couple of years, Aussie Katie Campbell has delivered a string of well-regarded EPs and 12" singles steeped in retro-futurist flavours. Here she delivers here most expansive release to date, a double-pack that officially counts as the Roza Terenzi debut album. Her usual aural trademarks are all present - think deep bass, dreamy synths, fluttering electronic melodies, euphoric melodic motifs, breakbeats and bustling beats that are anything but conformist - alongside nods towards turn-of-the-90s techno, weighty electro rhythms and snappy, ghetto-house inspired workouts. It's undeniably a Roza Terenzi release, and there's enough variety - coupled with smart sequencing - to make it hang together as an album. Oh, and bass-heavy, Bleep-inspired closer "My Reality Cheque Bounced" is one of the best things Campbell has released to date.

Review: Roza Terenzi (aka Katie Campbell) has made a blockbuster start to her recording career, winning praise for fine solo outings on Good Company Records and Kalahari Oyster Cult. This time out she's in collaborative mode, serving up a quartet of cuts alongside Canadian producer Sophie "D. Tiffany" Sweetland (this time under the lesser-spotted DJ Zozi alias). The two women set their stall out via the rolling, breakbeat-driven cheeriness of "World Off", where darting organ riffs and swirling dream house chords rise above an addictive backing track, before playing around with bubbly acid lines on the Motor City techno inspired brilliance of "Half Moon Bay". Turn to the flipside for more hardcore-era, breakbeat house haziness ("Strobe Fountain") and the mid-'90s deep D&B tribute "G Step".

Review: US producer and DJ Sepehr returns with 'Diaspora Cocktail' for Planet Euphorique, breaking from his own imprint Shaytoon for a hair-down foray through cheekier-side of scene-setting techno. The five bits on this new 12" hark back to the titling traditions of the early 90s, with alternate mixes with denominations like 'XTC Mix' and 'Freak Beat Mix' stealing the show. Sonically, the tracks allude to everything from New York electro to movie soundtrack tropes, nicely bridging the gap between ritualistic drama music and sumptuous atmospheric dance.

Review: Butter Sessions stalwarts Sleep D have been growing stronger with every passing year it seems. Their brand of classically informed but contemporarily kinked techno is a smart fit for D. Tiffany's Planet Euphorique label, following hot on the heels of the knockout LP from Roza Terenzi. There's cavernous, slimy techno, bleepy warm-up rave, beastly electro punch and disjointed broken rhythms aplenty, all loaded with character and delivered with a sharp instinct for potent club workouts. For those who can't tolerate monochrome functionality but still want the music to do the damage, this is exactly the kind of 12" you should be reaching for.

Review: D. Tiffany's Planet Euphorique are absolute leaders in the field of squishy, trance-licked neo-rave gear. Now here's a tidy VA drop to give you some intel on who's doing good work in the scene right now. Space Cadets leads the way with the gleaming and squirming 'Warp Drive', a warm and playful thumper for everyone to get fuzzy to. Rudolf C pops up for a remix of the track which streamlines some of the ingredients, only to spice things up once more with cheeky bleeps and more trip-fuel besides. Lisene gets into a twitchier state of mind on 'Moral Panic', keeping the tempo up and the mood nervy without losing that trancey undercurrent. Adam Pits completes the set with the stomping 'Mineral Mine', a peak time pearler with all the elements in place for a moment of pure enlightenment on the dancefloor.

Of the five tracks featured here on "Mobile Sorcery", we were captivated by the off-kilter falling acid of "Broke Melt", the post-UK bass street sound mutations of "Sorcery", and hypnotic B side cut "Heavenly Depression" which goes into a tribal trance.
