Dual tap tempo clock generator & tempo synced LFO module
Notes: Chronos is an advanced time-keeping module with dual tap tempo clock, and dual tempo synced LFO. The first function is tap tempo: tap the push button to generate a clock, and adjust the tempo with the knob. The second function is two tempo-synced, low frequency oscillators, each with two waveforms. One LFO provides bipolar sine or triangle wave, the other ramp or sawtooth. Two toggles let you switch between waveforms and one-shot mode.

The two functions can be linked or used independently. By default the LFO is synced to the tap tempo, but an external trigger can be used instead. In one-shot mode it works like an envelope, and the trigger input starts one full period of the LFO.

Chronos Mk II is a completely redesigned module based on the previous Chronos Mk I.

Matrix mixer with 4 input/2 output channels plus headphone jack
Notes: Mix 01 is an extensible 4 in / 2 out matrix mixer with dedicated stereo headphone output. It delivers crystal clear, transparent audio as well as precise control voltage mixing.

Analogue Bus:
Mix 01 features the new Rebel Technology analogue bus, allowing compatible modules to be interconnected without additional patching. Two or more Mix 01 modules can be combined to create a matrix with more inputs and outputs. Balanced inputs and outputs can also be added, either for front panel mounting or built in to the modular case.

Controls:
The knobs set the level of each input at each output. The top left knob sets the level of the first input going to the left output channel. The top right knob sets the same input at the right output channel. The second row sets the levels of input two, and so on.

Jacks:
The first row of jacks are the inputs for channels 1 to 4. The second row has the two output channels on individual mono jacks to the left and right respectively. In addition there is a stereo headphone jack in the middle with line level output.

Bus:
On the back of the module there are four interconnect headers. Two 5-pin headers connect the input channels and normalled inputs. Two 3-pin headers connect the summing bus and normalled outputs. Normalling means that a connection can be made between two modules when nothing is inserted into the normalled jack. Inserting a plug into the jack breaks the normalled connection. Connecting the input bus of two Mix 01 modules creates a 4 in / 4 out matrix. Connecting the output bus creates an 8 in / 2 out matrix. Both the input and output bus can be connected simultaneously to create many routing possibilities: 4/4, 8/2 or any combination of inputs and outputs allowed by the normalling function of the jacks. The modules can still be used independently while connected to the same input and output bus.

Levels:
By default the Mix 01 has audio taper knobs. At fully clockwise, the output level is +6dB, 2x gain. Unity gain is at 3 o'clock, and infinite attenuation at the fully anti-clockwise position. If required, linear taper can be configured by cutting the solder jumpers on the back of the module.

Outputs:
The left and right mono outputs provide DC coupled Eurorack levels. These outputs are suitable for both audio and control voltage mixing. The headphone output is attenuated to line level, and suitable for connecting headphones or for use as a stereo line out. It is AC coupled and safe to plug into mixers and audio interfaces. Note that with a strong input signal and full mixer gain it is possible to exceed normal line levels, so please beware to keep the outputs at comfortable and safe listening levels at all times.

The Mix 02 has audio taper gain knobs. At fully clockwise gain and full pan, the output level goes up to +4dB.

Outputs:
The left and right mono outputs provide DC coupled Eurorack levels. These outputs are suitable for both audio and control voltage mixing.

The headphone output is attenuated to line level, and suitable for connecting headphones or for use as a stereo line out. It is AC coupled and safe to plug into mixers and audio interfaces. Levels:

Notes: Mix 04 is an extensible 4 in / 4 out VCA matrix with a total of 16 VCAs. The matrix can route any input to any output. Several Mix 04 modules can be combined to make a bigger matrix.

Analogue Bus:

Mix 04 features the new Rebel Technology analogue bus, allowing compatible modules to be interconnected without additional patching. Connect two or more Mix modules to create a mixer with more inputs and outputs. Balanced inputs and outputs can also be added, either for front panel mounting or built in to the modular case.

The module features a 4×4 matrix of CV inputs, one for each input (vertically arranged) going to each output (horizontal). The level for the first input going into the first output is set by the CV input jack at the top left of the module. From top to bottom are the CVs for input 1 to 4, and from left to right for output 1 to 4.
The two rows of LEDs indicate the input and output levels respectively. The first row of jacks below the LEDs are the inputs, the row below are the outputs.

Bus:

On the back of the module there are four 5-pin interconnect headers. Two 5-pin headers connect the input channels and normalled inputs. Normalling means that a connection can be made between two modules when nothing is inserted into the normalled jack. Inserting a plug into the jack breaks the normalled connection.

Two more 5-pin headers connect the outputs.

Connecting the input bus of two Mix 04 modules creates a 4 in / 8 out matrix. Connecting the output bus of two modules creates an 8 in / 4 out matrix. Both connections can be made at the same time, and bigger matrices can be created by connecting more Mix 04 modules.

Thanks to the normalling jacks, the modules can still be used independently while connected to the same input and output bus.

Outputs:

The inputs and outputs are DC coupled, suitable for both audio and control voltage mixing and routing.

Calibration:

The VCA response curve is exponential, with a maximum amplification level and unity gain level which can be tuned over a wide range with two precision trim pots on the back of the module.

The module comes factory calibrated with unity gain at 5V CV level, and maximum 6dB gain.

Phoreo is a triple function processor for triggers, gates and clocks. It simultaneously performs pulse width modulation, multiplication and repetition, with individual input, output and CV for each function.

Pulse width modulation, as a ratio of the input signal rate, is adjustable from 0 to 100 percent.
Multiplication also operates on the input signal rate, multiplying it by a factor from 1 to 16.
Repetition generates a burst of triggers, at the rate of the multiplier, with repetitions adjustable from 1 to 16.
Each function has two knobs for manual and CV level, and three jacks for trigger input, CV input and trigger output.

Pulse width modulation carries through to the outputs of the two other functions, and the three trigger inputs are normalled from top to bottom.

When multiply and repeat are combined, Phoreo makes an excellent burst generator, perfect for rolls, flams and fills. The repeater gives precise control over burst length, while the multiplier easily moves from quarter notes, to thirds, to eights, to everything in between and lots more beyond. Go on, give us a snare rush!

Phoreo is also extremely versatile with many utility functions, such as master clock doubling, clock modulation, and for triggering and clocking fast sequences. It even works as a square wave overtone generator with PWM, tracking audio input signals up to 20kHz.
