Review: Asian Dub Foundation's Enemy of the Enemy is one of the many classics in their arsenal. This is a first ever reissue of it on X-Ray Production. It as always develops their mix of traditional Indian music with electro, ragga and hip hop. This record brought with it a new sense of energy and forward momentum and has plenty of over-egged rhythms and debauched sounds that express revolt at the "liberal drifts of the Labour party under Tony Blair." The restless Londoners therefore made a social and political impact as well as physical dance floor one with this classic.

Review: Degiheugi's Only After The Show has been fully remastered for this special reissue. It comes on nice limited edition gatefold orange vinyl across four sides with all 10 original tunes as they were. It first caused a storm back in 2017 as unstoppable beatmaker Degiheugi showed his studio skills. His career overall takes in myriad different styles from downtempo to subtle drum & bass variations, but this long player found him settling on a more traditional hip-hop sound packed with good vibes and real emotion.

Review: A-grade record collector and accomplished DJ Degiheugi has toured with DJ Shadow, dropped plenty of great albums and is a master of smart sampling. Some of his earlier albums are in the process of being reissued at the moment and Aquilon is one of them. It has been remastered for the occasion and cut to translucent blue vinyl 17 years after it first arrived in 2005. It's a worldly mix of downtempo beats and hip-hop grooves with plenty of colour and vibrancy. Some cuts are all about the body-popping beats and others are real late-night mood-setters.

Review: X Ray Productions welcome French dub duo Tetra Hydro K for a powerful new album of earth quaking sounds. There is no messing right from the off with 'Abou Simbel' layering up video game sound effects with off-grid drums and relentless bass. From there, a host of top guests stop by including rapper KT Gorique who shows all her power on L'impasse' and Glasgow MC Tom Spirals also impresses with two different turns - one in a hip hop style and the other bringing a trap bent. Elsewhere 'Skanking Trip' brings some dub stepper vibes vocalist Loic Paulin and a trio of instrumental tracks complete the trip.
