It was way back in 1992 that A.D.O.R. first came onto the scene and was produced by the already well regarded Pete Rock. That debut single, "Let I All Hang Out," was an instant classic that was defined by smooth, loose flow and fluid drum loops run through with plenty of Rock's by-then trademark soul. More big singles and sell out tours followed as did the promise of an album that never became because of major label disputes. But now Concrete gets the release it deserves, just 25 years later, and includes three bonus tracks on this fine looking trifold vinyl. This is golden era hip hop at its finest.
