Ukraine's Tvir imprint is back with their fourth release courtesy of the mysterious Amin Ravelle. All we know is that he's from Barcelona and that he's got some serious talent. A side track "Mon 2893" is a rolling, hi tech, reductionist groove with melancholic chords and a tripped out scrape on every bar that's truly mind melting. On the flip is "Relantier", a more mysterious and subdued effort with a broken beat, tripped out vocal samples and rising, tunnelling chords that altogether combined will push you right into the void. The track gets two remixes. First by Ztrl from Hungary who gives it a more upfront and energetic makeover with a more rolling groove and then another by Marlin, who's released previously on Gua Camole and Sakadat. He gives the track a wonky and claustrophobic vibe that makes you feel like you're dancing on downers. Tip!
