Nevertheless, some critics are banding the term about like it's probably going out of fashion in the very near future, and in many ways it's not hard to hear what they're referring to.

Bleachers is the man in question's own outlet, and he hits the nail on the head of what Tasteful Pop should probably sound like. It's quiet and gently spoken in all the right places, occasionally interspersed by more dominant chart fare that still keeps its two feet on quieter ground.
