Last spotted on Mean Streets on their 'Trilogy Vol 2' collection, and more recently appearing on both Sentry and Nomine Sound, London grime/breaks fusionist Boylan comes correct again with some dynamite jams. 'Cursed' is purest dubstep, all woozy and swaggering. Elsewhere 'Grid' flexes back to the Pulse X style bounce before 'Operation Grand Slam' nods towards the work of Distance with its dark drama and tense bass growls. Last but definitely not least, 'Germs' sees him linking with old pal Trends for a trip down ruffneck breakbeat garage memory lane. Trek it up, trek it in.
