Buenos Aires pair Ismael Pinkler & Carolina Stegmayer make their full Comeme debut as Carisma with the Directamente 12" after appearances on several compilations from Matias Aguayo's label. Renowned for their Djing skills at the famous Dengue nights and FUN FUN, the club hosted by fellow Comeme acts DJs Pareja, Carisma are a perfect fit for the label on the basis of the four productions here. Familiar Comeme signifiers such as rough drums, hallucinogenic samples from unknown sources and local flavour permeate the DNA of every track here, with the unrelenting acid techno of title track "Directamente" perhaps our favourite thing on the label this year.
