100% Gomma mixed by Jacques Renault is a compilation that was conceived over a "few bottles of red wine" during a recent gig in Rome where Renault played alongside Gomma label chief Munk. This 12" sampler sees tracks from GBs, Mercury, Headman and Munk himself. First up is Renault's edit to GBs "Lucky In Vichy", a tribal tinged and synthesised disco burner, while Renault's remix to Munk's "Keeps My Secret" sees deep leads and housey stabs venture into Runaway territory - Renault's remix project with Marcos Cabral. A booming bass drum somehow becomes the synth line in Mercury's "Man", whilst the classic Chicken Lips rework of Headman's "It Rough" makes this even more of a necessary purchase
