Nina Kraviz's Trip label delves back into our minds with yet another sublime trip, and another hot collaboration from a number of unaffiliated artists. First up is a beat-heavy, crackling house edit by Kraviz herself, a percussion-heavy reinterpretation of Philipp Gorbachev's "Ivan, Come On, Unlock The Box". Detroit's infamous K Hand - a heavy presence on Warp in the '90s - makes a rare appearance with the acidic tones of "The Box", but the antics don't stop there. Nikita Zabelin comes in string with the minimal slice that is "Bells", while Barcode drops two bizarre techno workouts that truly stand out among the crowd - fast beats, bleeps and cavernous vibes all around. There's something in here for all, and this certainly represents one of the more expansive Trip records to date. Recommended.
