Julien Mulder drops the second EP of 2012 on Farden Records, following Aubrey's dynamic Den Tredje Farden from earlier in the year. Den Femte Farden is a release characterised by spooky bleeps and outer-worldly sonics that suggest Jeff Mills is an inspiration. "The Riddle (Part 1)" features an assortment of cascading blips and filtered bells as does "Symmetric Timeline", only this time the bleeps are less hectic and packed with more melody. Finally, the beatless and breathy textures, sanguine atmospherics and flickering waves of sonic complexity in 'When Life Ends" showcase Julien Mulder's sound design virtuosity.
