Sunshine booties from LA's cheekiest edit maestro, Gusto digests four Latin folk standards and spits them back out with contemporary mischief. Los Amaya's "Catalan Rumba" becomes "Zapatero", a track that zips and whistles with a fuzzy lo-fi pump. "Mochilla No Mas", meanwhile, takes a slo-mo militant Cumbia stomp, all horns and harmonised croons. The piano-splashed "Sorongo" (originally by Rafael Cortijo) is given a cheeky breakbeat massage while Dom um Romao's "Ginga Gingou" undergoes a percussive rub of carnivalesque proportions. Give your floor a Latin shoeing today... Literally - Zapatero translates to shoemaker!
