Barcelona group Los Kifers have had some unreleased music unearthed by Madmua Record thanks to the inexhaustible curiosity of Miquel Moreno Brio. It is believed they were recorded in 1970 and the band themselves have given over the original tapes for the remaster job done for this EP. A thunderous version of The Ides Of March's 'Vehicle' occupies the a-side of our album and shows the unbeatable power of the band's horn section with Mario Rodes doing wonders with his voice. Pure soul. For the b-side, 'The Sun is a Frug' is the bands's quintessential sound, an eternal breaker with hardcore soul.
