We've come accustomed to receiving "limited" releases, though very few are quite as limited as this first vinyl outing from Gabriele Salerno's Stratosphera Records. Only 150 copies have been pressed, so you'll have to move fast to get a piece of the action. It's well worth your money, though, containing as it does five contrasting tracks of high quality. Highlights include the ghostly, Drexciya-goes-deep techno pulse of Luciano Lamana's "In Un Vortice", the intense acid-and-bells dancefloor assault of T-Kode's "Stratos", and the moody, industrial-inspired chug of Dinamite's dark and metallic "Elipse". It is, though, all pretty tasty, making this one of the more notable label debuts of recent times.
