First released way back in 2012, Paris Dub 1 - so-called because it features original Chicago house and techno vocalist Paris Brightledge - is one of the tracks that established Paranoid London's reputation as this century's foremost purveyors of revivalist acid house and warehouse-ready jack tracks. This timely reissue, which arrives on white vinyl, features all three versions featured on the original 12. There's the full vocal version, where Brightledge's impeccable vocals seemingly hang in the air above a killer acid house groove, the duo's instrumental take, and a more fully featured, TB-303 heavy live recording from the Warehouse Project, 2008. A modern acid classic that's as good as any of the 1980s tracks it pays tribute to.
