Prescription opens it's treasure chest once more and unearths two tracks from one of the true classics by Ron Trent and Chez Damier from a label that consists of nothing but classics: hip to disillusioned. the A-side is fuelled by those signature organ chords over which spanking claps, string pads and vocal snippets are laced and propel the cut into pure bliss. The flip is more sparse and a prime example how just a rumbling bass, organ pads and booming drums can make up a soul-drenched stomper. Two brilliant prime examples for the label's unique and unparalleled deep sound that is a cross of New York house and the electronic atmospherics of Detroit and still stands high above all the countless imitators. Timeless!
