The Fjaak crew have long been baking out top draw club material. This time they appear themselves on a split EP that kicks off with the high speed electro techno of Rifts' "Sharp Lank (Hedgehog mix)". It's got a fine sense of humour with big bells and whistles, hardcore breaks and laser synths, but there is nothing funny about the power of the groove. Things get darker, harder, more intense on Dajusch's unrelenting "Make Me Scream" before the big finale from "Back In The 70's", a turbocharged, earth rattling techno stomper with supersized power chords all primed to blow dancefloors away.
