Round Seven of edits from the Rio camp with the mysterious disco slicers keeping up their mission statement of presenting the lesser spotted disco, funk and Latin oddities. "Amazon Love Child", which hogs the A Side, reworks a famous ode to Brazil from a silky voiced synth pioneer, adding some substance to the groove and removing the somewhat formaggio mid section in favour of a stripped back bottom heavy thrust. On the flip, "Now You Got Yours" douses a vintage string heavy disco strut in a sheen of glistening EQ, bringing the rhythm in and out of the mix in all the right places. Rio Edits end matters on a high with the infectious Latin boogie shuffle of "Warrior".
