A white vinyl Warner reissue of Tomoko Aran's 1983 third album, an emblematic city pop record to blow many others of its time out of the park. A brightly-lit phono-phenom made up of eight, fully stereo-spanned tracks, Aran's third outing heard the veteran Japanese lyricist and songwriter bring a brash verve to the then-nascent sound, resulting in all manner of sheer guitar and vocal driven tomfoolery. Though city pop had been around for a while by the turn of the 80s, this record was known as one of the first to incorporate "experimental sounds".
