Poland's Transatlantyk label has been quietly travelling under-the-radar ever since their first release last year, and while so many labels these days are reliant on already established artists, these guys have stuck with their close affiliates, musicians who are yet to step into the limelight. For their fourth outing, the label have chosen newcomer Universo to lay down some naughty house business in the form of "Amazones", a bumping cut with killer percussion work and a tropical vibe to its tone. "Chrome" is a heavier stepper by comparison, and on the flip, "Yebo" goes for a Detroit house look thanks to its funky groove, while "Sus" is the odd one out, the experimental percussive work amid the floor bombs.
