That sad episode very much put the former queen of teen pop back in the headlines and reminded us how much we loved her innocent and catchy tunes. Review: Now that she is free from the tyranny of her conservatorship, Britney Spears is doing what she wants again. Part of that is reissuing nine albums from her back catalogue, all on nice coloured vinyl this Spring. Britney was her third studio long-player originally recorded and released in 2001. It marked a slight transition away from her teen pop style with a more mature musical outlook. Pop, r&b, EDM and even disco and hip hop start to creep into the rhythms and Spears herself co-wrote six of the tunes. It was another global commercial success for Spears.

Review: The Boss wouldn't know how to quit even if he fancied trying - maybe it's the leftover work ethic of the humble upbringing that has been a consistent theme throughout his work since we first heard Greetings From Wild Asbury Park, N.J.. 20 studio albums or so later, and we have a fittingly titled new addition to the LP discography, Only the Strong Survive, a rare example of Bruce Springsteen performing and recording work by other artists.
