Fat Night is an indie soul band based in Chicago made up of Dan Hanson, Gabe Gundacker, Ted Issen and Nik Ritchie. Their 'Sun Go Down' is a masterclass in simplicity as genius. A grooving bass, cool guitar riffs, understated drums, tight vocal harmonies and a moody organ weave together to create a tune that builds with effortless coolness and brings some sunshine on even the gloomiest days. Originally featured on Fat Night's 2015 Lazy Days album, it makes its vinyl debut here with 'What Do You Got,' a sweet soul ballad from 2020's Live For Each Other.
