The fourth full-length from Lewisham Oi-punk accosters, The Business, marked their longest gap between full-lengths, with 'Keep The Faith' landing in 1994, a solid 6 years removed from 1988's; 'Welcome To The Real World.' Making their name throughout the eighties wave perhaps rendered the project somewhat out of sync with where alternative music was headed, arguably no greater sign of this at odds nature than on the somewhat unsympathetic Kurt Cobain ode, 'Holiday In Seattle'. With the blistering opener, 'Maradona', as well as rapturous deeper cuts such as the iconic, 'Backstreet Billy', however, there's still no denying the potent vitality The Business constantly exuded, making them true harbingers of their name, and assuring all in the midst of the grunge revolution that punk was far from fit for bed.
