Review: New Zealand-born dream pop legend Dean Wareham made his name in the Rough Trade-signed Galaxy 500, where his off-kilter vocals and stark/lush songs struck a chord. He then went on to form beloved indie greats Luna, in New York, and is still having success with them today. As a solo artist, Wareham has created this album with Galaxie 500 producer Kramer - the pair working together for the first time in 34 years. It's a long overdue meeting of minds because the album lands with awe-inspiring charm.
