Walrus Audio ARP-87 Delay Effects Pedal (black, obsidian effects pedal) (B-STOCK)
Cat: 945348 Rel: 13 Oct 22

B-STOCK: Box opened, product in perfect working order
Notes: ***B-STOCK: Box opened, product in perfect working order***

The ARP-87 is a compact, feature-rich delay, packed with a large pallet of inspirational delay tones. Featuring four main algorithms, digital, analog, lo-fi, and slap back, the ARP-87 can cover some serious ground in the world of echoes. The Digital algorithm boasts pristine, crystal clear repeats great for rhythmic riffs. The Analog setting works well to add warmth and dimension to chords and lines without getting in the way. The Lo-Fi algorithm, with its adjustable frequency range on the repeats, goes from warm, warped, and murky, to strait AM radio. Finally, the Slap setting makes it easy to dial in a great slap back echo perfect for smoking chicken pickin' runs.

With other features like the smart bypass switching, and momentary knob ramp, the ARP-87 provides endless creative opportunities that are waiting to be explored. The X knob changes functions depending on which Algorithm you are using. It adjusts a specific parameter in each algorithm.

In Digital, Analog, and Slap modes, the knob will control modulation depth. In Lo-fi mode, the knob will control Filter width. Note that when changing delay types this loads a whole new algorithm and the tempo must be tapped in again.

Trails Mode

The ARP-87 can be run in trails or no trails mode. In trails mode, when you turn the pedal off, the delay trails die off naturally. In no trails mode, the delay trails are abruptly cut off when you turn the pedal off. To toggle between either mode, hold down the bypass switch for 1 second while applying power to the pedal. Unplug power and repeat to toggle to the other mode.

Momentary Functions

When the switch is in off position, press and hold the Bypass Switch to temporarily activate the effect to add a moment of delay texture. Releasing the switch turns the effect off. When the effect is on, press and hold the bypass switch to momentarily ramp the X parameter to maximum. Releasing the switch sets the X parameter back to the knob location. Press and hold the Tap Switch to temporarily ramp the feedback to maximum.
Release to set the feedback back to the knob location.

The ARP-87 comes in a Frosted Charcoal finish with cream and seafoam ink featuring original artwork by Chris Castro of a lone ship traveling through the ARP-87 Galaxies.
Dimensions and power consumption:

6,6 x 12,2 x 5,6 cm (W x D x H)

Walrus Audio Canvas Mono Line Isolator & Passive DI Box (black)
Cat: 873371 Rel: 26 May 22

The Canvas Mono is a Direct Box/Line Isolator designed to remove any resistance between you and your audience by giving a pristine sonic foundation to build your masterpiece upon.
Notes: Consider this your clean slate. The Canvas Mono is a Direct Box/Line Isolator designed to remove any resistance between you and your audience by giving a pristine sonic foundation to build your masterpiece upon. From houses of worship to the dive bar downtown, Canvas Mono is built to be the performance tool that goes wherever you are making your music. Canvas Mono is a Passive Line Isolator (LI) and Direct Injection (DI) device that converts your unbalanced signal into a balanced signal for interfacing properly with your recording interface or mixer at front-of-house. If you're using an amp-in-a-box (DSP Guitar Rig), like our ACS1, or running an acoustic or bass guitar direct, then the Canvas Mono is your new bridge to the front-of-house. The Canvas Mono packs everything you need from a DI/LI into a standard pedal-sized enclosure designed to look great right on top of your board.

Direct Injection:
Use DI mode when connecting an unbalanced, high impedance source (Electric Guitar, Bass Guitar, etc). The signal will be reduced by -20dB (-35dB with pad engaged) and converted to a balanced signal via the transformer connected to the XLR output. Use the gain on your mixer or preamp to bring the signal up to line level.Line Isolator: Use LI mode when connecting your unbalanced, low impedance source (Amp + Cab Sim like the ACS1, keys, etc.). The signal will remain full volume and be converted to a balanced signal via the transformer connected to the XLR output. Less preamp gain will be required in LI mode.

DI or LI?
When deciding between DI or LI, check with the manufacturer of your gear to find the output impedance of the device you are wanting to interface with. For a general guide:High Impedance = anything above 1k = Use DILow Impedance = less than 1k = Use LI.

Troubleshooting:
This is a passive device, so you will not damage anything if connected improperly, but it could affect the signal level and frequency response if not connected properly. This is an easy thing to test since the LI/DI switch is built into Canvas. If you lose high-frequency information when using LI mode, then you should probably be in DI mode.

Walrus Audio Iron Horse v3 High-Gain Distortion Effects Pedal (gold)
Cat: 852426 Rel: 11 Nov 21

A take on a classic distortion circuit that’s thick, punchy, riffy, and rowdy.
Notes: The Iron Horse is a new take on a classic distortion circuit that's thick, punchy, riffy, and rowdy. With the help of the Si/LED knob and wide range of the distortion knob, this true bypass, high-gain behemoth can be finely tuned for clear overdriven sounds or let the reigns loose for a full-on distorted onslaught. Top mount jacks with soft switch bypassing and art by David Huttner complete the package for a pedal board-ready distortion machine.

The Iron Horse V3 updates are as follows:
Top-mounted jacks
Soft relay true bypass on/off
Fixed volume drop-off when the distortion knob is at minimum
Re-imagined the hard clipping toggle as a blend style potentiometer, that allows you to blend between symmetrical silicon and diode clipping for a new variety of tones.

Owners of the previous versions of the Iron Horse will be familiar with the three distortion modes operated by a toggle switch to change between different clipping modes.

The switch has now been replaced with a blending knob opening up a wealth of ways to alter your tone. When the knob is set to the left, the distorted signal will be using Silicon clipping diodes adding in a high amount of compression.
Rotating the knob to the right will bring in LED clipping and a smaller amount of compression.
Putting the knob at noon will blend between the two using different ratios of the Silicone and LED clipping diodes for more complex clipping sounds.

Note: Since the Si/LED knob is changing the internal gain and clipping style, the other controls will behave slightly differently as well.

You will need to use the volume knob to adjust the overall output up or down depending on where you have the knob set.

Walrus Audio Julia V2 Limited Platinum Edition Chorus & Vibrato Effects Pedal (silver)
Cat: 848046 Rel: 01 Oct 21

A fully analog, feature-rich chorus/vibrato packed with a wide array of tonal landscapes begging to be explored.
Notes: Super Limited edition.

The Julia is a fully analog, feature-rich chorus/vibrato packed with a wide array of tonal landscapes begging to be explored. Crying from the deep in a chorus of melancholy hymns, she remains to be uncaught but the pursuit for her is unceasing. Walrus has captured a fraction of her powers in the Julia Analog Chorus/Vibrato.

Walrus Audio Slotva Multi-Texture Reverb Pedal With Presets (blue) (B-STOCK)
Cat: 908475 Rel: 24 Jan 22

B-STOCK: Product has light surface marks/scratches, but otherwise in perfect working condition
Notes: ***B-STOCK: Product has light surface marks/scratches, but otherwise in perfect working condition***

The Slotva Multi Texture Reverb is a variant of the Slo but adds on the ability to create and save three presets. Save your favorite dreamscapes by simultaneously pressing and holding down on the bypass and sustain switches. Scroll through them by simultaneously pressing and releasing bypass and sustain. The Slotva allows players to create lush, modulated, sleepy and ambient soundscapes. Stocked with three different algorithms specifically designed to invoke textures for bringing dreams from your subconscious to reality.

The toggle switch allows three different reverb modes: Dark (Lower Octave), Rise (Ambient Swell) and Dream (Latching Pad), while secondary functions on the switch change between different wave shapes for the modulation on the reverb trail. Combine deep modulation with long washy trails and experience, the Slotva.

Algorithms

Use the toggle switch to select one of three onboard algorithms.
DARK - Add a lower octave to your reverb trail. Here you'll create deep and wide atmospheric sounds and channel nightmarish soundscapes. X knob sets the level of a -1 octave signal that feeds the reverb.
RISE - This is an auto-swell reverb for beautiful cinematic swells. Don't rush it. Let it breathe and gently wake up. X knob sets the amount of time it takes the reverb to swell in after a note is played. Set lower for shorter rise times and higher for longer rise times.
DREAM - Here is a lush reverb with a latching pad function. Press the sustain switch to latch signal. Experiment with the X knob to add vibrato over the pad. Press sustain again and pad will decrescendo according to where decay knob is set. X knob sets the depth of vibrato applied to the reverb trail.

The Slotva also features 3 different wave shapes accessible by holding down bypass while switching the algorithm toggle.

Modulation Wave Shapes:

SINE -Smooth and even pitch up and down modulation.
WARP -Asymmetric pitch up modulation similar to a warped record.
SINK -Asymmetric pitch down modulation for sinking detune similar to a Bigsby.

MOMENTARY FUNCTIONS

Bypass: Turns the effect on and off. It also features "smart bypass switching". When the switch is in off position, press and hold to temporarily activate the effect to add a moment of reverb texture. Releasing the switch turns the effect off, and fades itout.
Sustain: When pressed, the decay switch ramps up the reverb trail to maximum creating long dreamy reverb trail and then ramps back down to the decay knob setting when released. In the "Dream" algorithm, the sustain switch is latching. Press it once to capture and sustain the current reverb decay for extremely long pad-like sounds. Press it again to let the reverb trail taper off, based on the position of the decay knob.

TRAILS MODE

The Slotva can run in trails or no trails mode. In trails mode, when you turn the pedal off, the reverb decay dies off naturally. In no trails mode, the decay is abruptly cut off when you turn the pedal off. To toggle between either mode, hold down the bypass switchfor 1 second while applying power to the pedal. Unplug power and repeat to toggle to the other mode.

PRESET SPILLOVER

When scrolling through presets, there is only preset spillover if the next preset is the same algorithm as the one preceding it. For example, if your red and green presets are both in Dream mode, switching from red to green will not cut your reverb trails.

The Slo comes in a Lollipop Blue finish with light blue and off white ink featuring original artwork by Christi Du Toit.

Walrus Eras High-Gain Distortion Effects Pedal (red)
Cat: 845409 Rel: 01 Oct 21

A no apologies, high-gain distortion that’s ready to chug, shred, and palm mute with tight response and multiple clipping options.
Notes: Eras is a no apologies, high-gain distortion that's ready to chug, shred, and palm mute with tight response and multiple clipping options. Use the Blend knob at max for a full distortion onslaught or roll back the Blend knob to creatively stack and mix other dirt pedals placed in front of Eras. Great for bassists that want to blend in their dry signal as well. Anywhere you set it, the Eras is ready to deliver a diverse world of speaker ripping sounds.

The Eras features a five-position rotary knob that offers the following gain states:

Tight mode with a slight mid-cut, LED hard clipping, and internal volume compensation. Fastest response, great for palm muting.

Tight mode with a slight mid-cut and silicon hard clipping. Smooth with added compression.

Dual clipping mode with a slight mid-cut and both silicon and LED hard clipping. Rich & full with added sustain.

Rhythm mode with a deeper mid-cut, LED hard clipping, and internal volume compensation. Scooped mids, tight response.

Rhythm mode with a deeper mid-cut and silicon hard clipping. Rhythmic, warm and full.

Think of each position as a different "flavour" of the pedal. Blend in dry signal or other pedals in combination with the gain states for a near-infinite amount of distortion sounds.

The Eras comes in a translucent red enclosure with yellow, cream, and black ink. Artwork by Adam Forster features a mythical four-horned, winged Bull ready to stampede into any mosh pit.

Each mode features different type of compression, bass-response, clipping and gain-amount

Mode 1: Slight mid-cut, LED hard-clipping (tight-response e.g. for palm muting)
Mode 2: Slight mid-cut, Silicon hard-clipping (smooth with added compression)
Mode 3: Slight mid-cut, dual LED/Silicon hard-clipping (rich tone with added sustain)
Mode 4: Deep mid-cut, LED hard-clipping (scooped mids, tight response)

A feature-rich reverb with 4 different customized reverb algorithms to choose from.
Notes: Super limited edition.

The Fathom is a feature-rich reverb with 4 different customized reverb algorithms to choose from. Easily go from tasteful, small room reverb to long, modulated trails dripping of ambient goodness. The toggle switch adds options for low, medium and high modulation. Use the dampen knob to fine tune the tone of the reverb's decay.

The Fathom features 4 different algorithms
Hall - Wide, open and vast with decay that ends with high-frequency rolloff. X knob adjusts pre-delay.
Plate - Full Body reverb with a smooth decay. X knob adjusts pre-delay.
Lo-fi - Filtered reverb with decay ranging from warm, to thin AM-sounding radio. X knob adjusts filter width.
Sonar - Reverb fed with both a high and low octave with the ability to blend the octaves with the X knob.
When the pedal is in off position, press and hold the Bypass Switch to temporarily activate the effect to add a moment of reverb. Releasing the switch turns the effect off.

Walrus Polychrome Analogue Flanger Pedal
Cat: 828691 Rel: 28 Jun 21

A uniquely colourful tool for adding modulated textures to songs.
Notes: Analogue flanger pedal which promises to be as versatile as an iguana. Fair enough. Flange and vibrato effects with LFO modulation and plenty of sound-sculpting options.

Supplier's Notes:
Like the Iguana that's malleable to its environment, blending in to its surroundings for harmonious balance or standing out with vibrant confidence, the Polychrome Flanger is a uniquely colorful tool for adding modulated textures to songs.

The Polychrome Flanger is a true bypass, all analog Flanger pulling in familiar layout controls from the Julia and Lillian. Dial in a wealth of colorful flange with the D-F-V blend knob and the shape and voice switches.

The Shape Switch lets you select from sine, triangle, or random LFO wave to modulate the delay line.

The Voice Switch lets you select between two voices for the flanging effect. In the down position, the flanger is more traditional and full frequency. In the up position, you get a more complex and notched flange effect with less low end.

Like the other members of the Walrus Audio modulation family, the Polychrome has a blend knob. The D-F-V (Dry, Flange, Vibrato) knob lets you blend the dry and delayed signal from full dry at minimum (no effect), to traditional flange at noon to full pitch vibrato at maximum. Don't sleep on the vibrato sounds in the Polychrome. Set the D-F-V knob to maximum, feedback to a minimum, and the voice switch up for some unique pitch vibrato.

Top mounted input, output, and power jacks as well as soft switch relay bypassing make the Polychrome fit well on your board and ensure smooth operation for years to come.

Specs:

The Polychrome comes in a flat black enclosure with purple, yellow, coral, green and white ink, featuring original artwork by David Huttner.

Exact size of the diecast enclosure is 4.77" x 2.9" x 2.3".

Power requirements are 9VDC (50mA minimum).

Power supply not included.
