Fradinho is back with another Faro funk frazzler, aka. to-a-T bruk dance second-guessers informed by Brazilian music. We can hear the meditative but still turning head-turning sensibility of early bruk titans as Dego or Bugz In The Attic here, which the listener is led to *almost* lose the on-beat (but not quite). 'Berimbau' is the closer of choice by the longtime Portuguese dance artist; he ends things on a deeper-set, moodier note, driven by rich low-ends and evocative uses of its namesake instrument. Brazil is honoured with nuance rather than pastiche.
