The label has a formidable track record in platforming the most exciting advances in electronic music with an organic heart, and they reach out to DJs as interesting and idiosyncratic as their recording artists. Past efforts from Susu Laroche, Azu Tiwaline and Ghost Phone give you some idea of the quality involved, and now BFDM alumni OKO DJ steps up with two wild-style sides of unlikely blends, veering from deadly jazz-spiked beatdowns to grimy turntablism garnished with nu-metal power chords.
