Review: REPRESS ALERT!: Cruise Music present some crowd-pleasing, feel good funky house re-rubs will go down well with everyone from seasoned heads to happy-go-lucky party people. Diana Ross sounds funky as anything on Mark Funk & Danny Cruz's 'It's My House', while the Souxsoul remix of Sound Of Joy's 'Can't Fake The Feeling' keeps Virag's vocal front and centre and teases out the tension until a sweet disco release. Vertigini gets busy with the filter on the bumping, sunkissed 'We Never Part', and HP Vince's 'Sexy Music' gets revisited by Danny Disco for a perfectly poignant set-ending 'moment' piece with sentimentality to match its groove.

Review: Unwaveringly reliable house stable Top Tonics keep the good stuff coming this October as COEO steps up with an extra vibes four tracker. This is pure and unreserved house joy, music to party to without a care in the world. It's the bouncing drums and happy trumpets that make it so, with energetic piano stabs and driving bass all working to make you forget your woes. The music is nothing particularly new, but it is pulled off with such a sense of style and class that it's impossible to ignore. Whether all out and sweat inducing or ever so slightly deeper, we cannot get enough of these cuts.

Review: Marseille's Ravanelli Disco Club returns with Antwerp-based Aymeric, resident at Geheimzinnig and Transit clubs, for their eighth release. Expect sexy, disco-tinged deep house all the way across That Sound EP. From the dreamy and low slung title track which gets a sultry, boogie down rework by mighty Frenchman Anoraak up next. On the flip, more club ready vibes await on the uplifting, Chicago inspired vibe of 'Peace' followed by the thumping funky house of 'Little Loving' with a distinct "French Touch" vibe that you'll love as much as we did.
