Review: French-Canadians Margaux Sauve and Louis-Etienne Santais are Ghostly Kisses the internationally acclaimed pop pairing that has got a hardcore following of fans all over the globe. Both artists set up in separate rooms during the writing process and sent snippets to each other to only finalise when they eventually met up which they think ensured they brought "more depth" to their process.

Review: This new long player from Ministry of Sound is their contribution to Record Store Day 2024 and it takes the form of a bunch of mixes of London Grammar's various different tunes. Global house outfit Camelphat feature a couple of times with some nicely emotive and upbeat sounds, 'Strong' gets a jump up drum & bass rework from High Contrast, Henrick Schwarz brings his emo house touch to 'Wasting My Young Years', MK adds some dance-pop sheen to 'Oh Woman Oh Man' and Dennis Ferrer remixes 'Sights' into a tense tech cut with snappy drums.

Review: Madness are releasing a deluxe edition of their 13th studio album, Theatre of the Absurd presents C'est La Vie, which debuted as their first UK number one last year. This special reissue features five new tracks from the original sessions and seven unreleased live recordings from their recent tour. It also has a 12", one-sided Zoetrope vinyl record, two CDs and a flexi-disc, packaged in large format bookset. Interestingly, the Zoetrope vinyl doesn't feature the album, it hosts the five new tracks that offer fans something to get even more excited about.

Review: Pretenders' iconic album Learning To Crawl gets a crystal clear vinyl reissue here to commemorate its 40th anniversary. Retaining the original 1984 artwork and tracklist, this reissue boasts 2018 remastered audio by producer Chris Thomas which arrives on wax for the first time. Review: You don't need to have seen the summer blockbuster Deadpool & Wolverine to know exactly what it's like. Alarm bells began ringing years ago at Marvel over the decline of interest around a universe which, in cinematic terms at least, seems to have no limits or qualms about churning out product, no matter the quality. Things have got worse since, albeit with a few exceptions - like the Deadpool franchise. The wisecracking anti-hero's flicks go for a more adult jugular than many comic book adaptations, and therefore the character makes an ideal partner for the X-Men's blade-fingered menace, Wolverine. Together, they make an odd couple that were never going to be in a straight-up superhero talkie. Instead, it's tangible tongue-in-cheek at times, lighting paced, and delightfully self-aware stuff that needs a soundtrack running between over-cooked chart emo to classic croonerville, 1980s pop rock to rousing r&b. Here you go then.

Review: Reissued for the first time via Atlantic Records comes the official soundtrack to Twilight: New Moon, the second instalment in the Twilight film franchise, which is in turn based on the novel of the same name. With the OST component of the score again handled by Alexandre Desplat, and its curated remainder selected by music supervisor Alexandra Patsavas, New Moon is a compelling fusion of classical filmic orchestral music and brooding emo indie rock: the perfect combo to nail the affective headspace of both Edward and Jacob campers.
