Review: It is no mean feat to last 10 years no matter your business, but to do so as a record label in this day and age is worthy of maximum respect. Fair play to Det Gode Selskab then for marking the occasion with a tidy new 12" that showcases just what the label is all about. There is chunky tech with grinding bass but lush old school melodies on 'Can't Cure Curiosity' while Alex Jangle & Matztam's 'Glowbones' cuts totally loose on dreamy synth daubs, painterly lines and rubbery house loops. Faer takes a more dark, heads-down path for his spooky 'Serious Repetions' and as you would expect of Deadbeat & The Mole they bring off-kilter loops, unbalanced drums and a ramshackle rhythm that will have you shaking your bones.

Review: A releaser that crackles with an energy that could only emanate from the shadowy corners of the Swedish electronic underground. Anna Kohlin, label co-head and architect of hypnotic soundscapes, guides us through a diverse sonic landscape, her own 'What Time Is It?' leading the charge. Built from the evocative textures of the Roland JV-1080, it shimmers with a sunrise glow, ethereal pads interweaving with delicate melodies. Kohlin, a master of contrasts, doesn't shy away from the shadows, injecting her creation with sharper, dynamic elements that add a touch of grit to the dreamlike atmosphere. Eric OS throws down a challenge with 'Timeout', a sonic time capsule that transports us back to the early 2000s. Analogue warmth collides with the raw energy of digital sound, vintage synths intertwining with crisp beats in a nostalgic yet undeniably fresh sonic tapestry. Baby Rollen, armed with a looped double bass sample and the crisp snap of a 909, crafts a hypnotic groove with 'TwentyTwenty Home'. A warm 303 bassline snakes through the mix, adding a touch of acid-tinged euphoria to the already infectious rhythm. Basement Space and Mans Glaeser, never ones to shy away from the unconventional, deliver 'Space Glaezer', a sonic maze that twists and turns through intricate textures and unexpected rhythmic shifts. Kohlin's curation is nothing short of masterful, showcasing the diverse and ever-evolving landscape of the Swedish electronic music scene. Inside Out 002 is a testament to the power of electronic music to transport, inspire, and defy expectations.

Review: Behind this project stands: Roman Brisker and Igal Magitman from south Israel, Two childhood friends and neighbours who came to Israel at 1990, and today are the famous pair Brisker & Magitman. Each of them came with another background in electronic music, so they decided to combine their knowledge in order to create something different and fresh. At the beginning, the paired up team, was creating psychedelic trance under the project name Elec3. They released a variety of tracks under several labels. They are about to do even more - release their debut album "Plug & Play", cooperating with Turbo Trance Records. Yet this hardworking couple have one more surprise for us, they about to finish their new brilliant compilation by the name: "Inception". That one will be released later this year in Groove Control Records. This follows the highly regarded short player LP on Sog Records and releases for labels such as Baroque, Sog & now Babylon. "Eden" shows just why these two are in such high demand. Swirling rhythms, punchy beats and electronic twists & turns. The remix comes from Canadian brothers Shiloh, and boy do they turn it on!!! A perfect blend of house, tech & electro rhythms. Pristine production and wow, what a drop.. Already licensed to Dave Seaman's forthcoming Therapy Sessions album, and gaining support from the likes of Sasha, Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Dave Seaman, Luke Chable, James Holden, Andy Moor...and more...

Review: After the first volume went down so well it's no wonder we now get treated to The Sound Of Garden Vol 2 Part 2. This various artist affair comes right from the cutting edge of minimal house and tech with Lee Burton opening up in bold, strident, bouncy fashion as he allows zippy acid to flash about his full-bodied beats. Maggio's 'Rolling Phunk' is just that - perfect effective rhythms with machine soul. Jamhar and Franko Lopez then combine for 'Lost Act' which brings more undulating drums and techno-leaning synths before closer Matteo Point shuts down with the future-facing prog pomp of 'Great Weekend.'

Review: The original mix starts off very melodic and soothing, but then it takes your off to another planet. Quality production work was spent on every split second of detail. The bass drive is one which will not let you go. The vocal opens your soul and this is why this is a global sounds at its best. Then there is the Snake Sedrick dub and that also starts off very melodic but more aggressive. The Dedicate To MB mix has an Ibiza type of feel. It's very touching, and has lots of emotion. You can easily imagine yourself sitting at a beach, having some wine and reflecting on life while this version takes your breath away with something most tracks don't have today. This release is about real music and feeling. Cassino & Laben are both from Italy. Their ways met in 1999, while they were working as DJ and PR in the same club. Right from the beginning, their friendship, the same way of thinking, the same feelings about music turned into a real passion. The mutual understanding between the two turned out to be highly positive and driven by an uncontrollable will to do something tangible, they began their plan called Cassino & Laben in 2001. They collaborated with the Flash Brothers, Lemon8, MAS Collective and on this release they join hands with vocalist Marina Puglisi.
